It has been awhile since I have posted on here - sorry about that, will try to upload content more regularly going forward.

It took until practically the last minute, but I did land level 100 wtih my barbarian build and completed the highest Torment achievement tier this season. I did NOT however kill Echo of Lilith - this thorns build just straight up does not output enough damage to solo her given her mechanics. I'm alright with that.

I think Barb deserves every single one of the buffs it is getting for S2, but I will be playing an entirely different class next time. I think Season 2 will be fun and should feel considerably less grindy, which is probably one of the greatest weaknesses Season 1 had - post Level 50 was a slog, and they are actively working to address that.

First, I want to give a huge THANK YOU to everyone who came and watched or donated to the stream this weekend. We have raised $5,185 so far this year, way way way above our $3,500 goal, and that would not have happened without your support. Thank you so much for that!

Second, during the past week I have made some substantial upgrades to TheOwlchemists channel, including new owl emotes, subscription badges, and lifetime bit cheer badges. Check out the channel to see these and more upgrades in the weeks to come.

Day 2 of The Owlchemists Extra Life 2022 bash starts in just a few hours and it is full of BANGERS. We start at 10am PT with Pokemon, followed by League of Legends and Fall Guys . . .

And then at 6pm PT/9pm ET, we enter a world of flavor, and pain. FaithAge and I will sit down once more at the Table of Destiny 2 for the Hot Ones 10 Wing Challenge. We will make the climb to over TWO MILLION Scoville Units while answering questions from the chat and our emcee ZillyHooligans.

We did it, another classic, we conquered Final Fantasy: Mystic Quest. The game certainly has design flaws, but it also has beautiful monster sprites, a decent plot, and an outstanding sound track. I’m glad we played through this one.

Next up: Final Fantay II (FF4 in Japan).

Took my first shot at a Dragon Warrior Randomizer game tonight . . . and I won! It took 1:23:02, which seems pretty slow compared to most of the league players, but it's not actually that terrible a time either.

Tomorrow night - we start a NEW game. Final Fantasy Mystic Quest is what we'll be jamming on Twitch.

I want to thank everyone who watched tonight’s stream. Raised $20 for charity and with some solid crowd help (TristalMTG and Zephlar) we conquered The Legend of Zelda: Link to the Past. But most importantly, had an amazing time with friends and that was just awesome. I’m fired up!
