The City of St. Marys is accepting applications for an Executive Assistant/Confidential Secretary.
This position performs confidential secretarial and clerical responsibilities necessary for an efficient and effective office. Provides administrative assistance to the City Manager, City Council, and select City boards and commissions. Work is performed in accordance with standard secretarial practices and general direction from the City Manager. This is a full-time position with benefits. Duties involve: acts as liaison for the City Manager, manages the schedules for the Manager, prepares and edits correspondence and other documents, coordinates records management activities with City personnel, manages the City’s Right to Know process, prepares correspondence for Council Members, attends Council meetings to document and prepare minutes.
