Áfáméfùnà is a an Igbo movie directed by Kayode Kasum.

This movie features the likes of Chief Kanayo, Alexx Ekubo, Ebuka Udeh, Kamson Dùru , Bridget Johnson among others.

The cast were superb and they ate their roles raw.

The writers did a great job and the storyline captured well every scene of the movie.

Truth be told , Igbo style of business deserved a course of study in all Universities in the country because their style of business promote hard work, consistency , tenacity , perseverance and give no room for theft except if you want to soil your dignity and bring shame to your clan.

Aside being an apprentice, it also give one an opportunity of making money while still learning " APIRIKO" but without being greedy.

In the Igbo Culture and Style of Business , if you work , you must always chop regardless of the nature of your business ( whether small or big ).

I also love the fact that they were able to use the movie to established how all forms of "WAR" must be shun at all cost.

Chief Kanayo (Odogwu in the movie ) narrated how the WAR forced many rich businessmen and people to become poor and keeeleed many people's businesses.

The Igbo are naturally blessed and their business craft as of this moment remain their brightest and biggest selling point ,

They must use it to propagate and promote peace , unity and continue to provide jobs for all and sundry.

Forget it , Lagos economical success story is not TOTALLY complete without the mentioning of the Igbo businesses ( importation of electronics , building materials and the rest and payment of heavy and fat Tax)

Just go and watch this brilliant movie on Netflix

Stanley Omah Didia known professional as Omah Lay is a Nigerian singer, songwriter and record
producer,who hails from Rivers State.

He broke into limelight during the first quarter of 2020, when his self-produced single 'bad influence' went viral on social media. That same year he released the 'Get Layd' and 'What Have I Done' EPs, which did exceptionally good in the Nigerian Apple chart.

Omah Lay has continued his fine run to 2023. In 2021 he dropped understand which was an instant hit, and in 2022 he dropped his debut album (LP)Boy Alone which featured international stars such as Justin Bieber Taylor Smith etc.

Looking at 'Boy Alone' you see Omah Lay artistic abilities which shone in songs like;I'm in a mess,soso and attention etc. You see three major things I will briefly talk about.

*Lyricism: The lyricism of Boy Alone is super perfect. Omah Lay proved to us that Nigerian artist could be good songwriters too as oppose to them not being able to write meaningful songs.
He did so well that you can easily read meaning into the songs right from the first lines.
*Melody: It was just too superb as we saw everybody vibing to soso and a host of others.
My favorite been 'I'm in a mess' though this song was poorly rated it deserves attention like Rema's calm down, maybe a remix would do it.
*Omah Lay spoke recently of himself been able spin melody out of sadness and depression and no doubt he did really well.

Inspite of him been signed to an up and coming record label (Keyquaad) he has competed favourably with his counterpart like Rema and Fireboy in bigger record label.

Omah Lay is considerably the best as he defeats all other artists when it comes to fusing meaningful lyrics into beats to create great music which will stand the test of time.
