The AAFA calls on every Black from every country to agree by LIKING this, but I call on everyone no matter who you are. You may not be able to reverse racism or atone for the 400 years of slavery or the continue mistreatment of blacks by SOME, but you can have everyone you know support this and if we are giving the chance to present our idea, then we can fix our neighborhoods set of programs for our talent to inspire us to help ourselves.
The AAFA (African American Film Association released to the Associated Black Press that they will hold a formal discussion about how whites portray blacks on TV and radio shows. The will approach Seth Macfarland, creator of Family Guy because "..on the whole there has been a degree of sensitivity efforts on the part of the producers and writers to not go too far in the stereotyping of the black characters, specifically animated in the Family Guy comedy cartoon, and it is for this reason Seth MacFarland will be approached because there is a good chance he never considered that the subtle verbal imitations of African Americans could be a gross exaggeration of the black people's speech on the whole. Since February of 2012, the AAFA Image jury decided to be proactive and instead of just complaining like many other Black organizations, The AAFA decided to talk to film students, African American writers such as the legendary Paul Mooney and dozens of syndicated black cartoonists and present a cartoon that parody's the white Family Guy with the Black version entitled Family Dad, which is combination of the premise of the Family Guy and the The American Dad. The pilot would be a spin-off of the Cleveland Show, where African American, Cleveland Brown visits a church and the pastor bares a striking resemblance to one of his best friends. The Pastor's name is the Rev. Griff Peters, who is a undercover specialty, special agent working for President Obama's Black Opps more secretive service, who is married to the Star trek cartoon version of Lt Uhuru, who traveled back in time to assist the united states first African American president to insure a racist TV executive's son doesn't become a white supremacist and create the addictive Crispy Supreme Cupcake franchise and take over the privatized space travel industry. www.TheFamilydad.com The AAFA will announce that they will be turning to African Americans on facebook and Twitter to agree that there should be more black actors and writers creating and portraying the culture, because of damaging subtle insensitivities that help perpetuate stereotypes that hinder this nations progress toward higher self-esteem in African Americans.
