O Allah, if tonight there is hatred in our hearts, change it to love.
If our hearts are dirty make them clean.
If our hearts got hurt, heal them.
O Allah, please see our tears.
Change the sorrow of anyone reading this prayer into happiness.
Reserve your mercy for us Your servants, who love youso much.
Forgive our sins Allah. Please forgive them.

From Anas ibn Malik radi 'anhu, he said that the Prophet sallallaahu' alaihi wa sallam said to Fatima (his daughter), "What are you off to hear my will or that remind you every morning and evening, which say:

يا حي يا قيوم برحمتك أستغيث, وأصلح لي شأني كله ولا تكلني إلى نفسي طرفة عين أبدا

"Yes hayyu yes Qoyyum bi RAHMATIKA astaghiits, wa ash-lihlii sya'nii kullahu wa laa takilnii ilaa nafsii thorfata 'Ainin abadan"

O Lord the Most of Life, O Lord of The Stand Alone do not need everything, by Your grace I ask for help, fix all my affairs and do not handed over to me once the blink of an eye without the help of Thy forever).
