Who we are…
We’re old souls, young souls, capable and talented humans, ages 18-34, trapped in a paradigm shift called post-adolescence in the 21st century. We’re the liberal arts majors who believe in creating a better world which, suddenly, no one wants to help us create. We’re the holders of science degrees, possessors of trade skills, highly trained computer gurus, still living in our parents’
basements because the American Dream is changing, whether we like it or not. We’re the big-thinkers, risk-takers, dreamers, veterans, who are ready to become the next generation to run this country as soon as the one above us gives it up. And we’re just trying to figure out life in the meantime. Cheers,

SUBMISSIONS
One of the implicit goals of 20 Something Magazine is to create a dialogue about post-adolescence and what that means for our society. To help create this dialogue, we’re actively seeking to foster a community of writers and thinkers interested in this topic, which means we need wordsmiths of all backgrounds and interests and beliefs. This is pretty simple: just make sure you check out our sections before you submit, find out what they’re about, and then pitch us your idea by sending an email to [email protected]. While most of the time we cannot pay you for your contribution (we pay modestly for features only), we promise you a well-read platform which will let you write about what you want to write about – and we’ll let you do it, paying special attention to letting you keep your own voice and style. We’ll also be happy to give you a bioline that lets you promote whatever you want. Ask yourself these questions: what does it mean to be a 20-something? What ideas, life goals, and dreams do 20-somethings have? What are 20-somethings interested in? How does governmental policy affect 20-somethings? How is being a 20-something unique and different, especially compared to previous generations? How can 20-somethings be successful? What challenges do they have? What entertains and motivates this generation? If your idea or story is accepted, you’ll be required to go through an editorial process, which might possibly necessitate several drafts or more. At 20 Something Magazine, we’re more interested in quality of content than quantity of content. Thanks for your interest! Here are some websites we love:
