Entremet Domes for an extra special Valentine. Strawberry Rumchata centres, enrobed in dark chocolate, inside a Chocolate Crémeux, topped with a Salted Caramel, inside a Vanilla Hazelnut Mouse, draped in a shiny mirror glaze, topped with decorations made of tempered chocolate and honey lace, and dusted with 24k gold dust and flakes

Up-cycled an old plaster panel and some ceiling panels into a giant Niners sign! When you have old (inexpensive) framed art that doesn’t suit your style anymore, consider reusing it in a whole new way! Had this panel in storage for a while and we had some ceiling tile left over. A jigsaw and some paint and your favourite team logo gives everything a new life! Painted the entire plaster panel, then cut out the logo from the ceiling panels, paint, glue, done!

Toast Cups! Anything you want for breakfast in the palm of your hand! These are so easy to make, just flatten out a piece of bread (a very soft bread with soft crust works best, butter one side, gently fit it butter side down into muffin tins, fill with any combination of tastiness you like. Show here is white bread with smoked ham, caramelized onions and cheddar-White bread, herbed goat cheese chives, smoked salmon, dill and capers-and, raisin bread, maple bacon, Gruyère and Frosted Flakes. (Save room for the egg! Fill only to about halfway) Then crack an egg right on top! Pop in a 350 degree oven for about 20 minutes, until the whites are cooked. (Cook less for softer yolk, longer for hard) Remove from oven and top with garnishes, syrups or sauces! Yum and easy!

Hot Pepper Cake!! This hot pepper is on vacation enjoying ci**rs, champagne, mojitos and tequila! This cake had to have a kick to it! So...ancho chili chocolate cake infused with Cuban rum, with spicy cayenne cream cheese filling, and thin layers of apricot coulis. 🌶 🍰🥳 fondantart

Pub Cake! I made this one for a 40th bday party held at a pub, for a pizza, wings and beer lover! The table is cake covered in wood grained fondant, the wings are hand sculpted and painted rice crispies with a strawberry “bbq” sauce, the pizza is a raspberry and cream cheese danish with hand shaped and painted fondant toppings, and the beer is free standing gelatin with hand sculpted sugar base and handle 🍺🍕🍗🎂

I love tiny bite-sized pretty xmas cookies! The smaller they are the more you can sample! Shown here are chocolate almond shortbread squares, cherry shortbread sandwich hearts, clementine & white chocolate shortbread sandwiches, apricot cream cheese pinwheels, double bourbon pecan balls, dark chocolate rum balls, red and green sugared shortbreads, and also in the finished gift box are; salted almond horns and ginger palmiers 🎄🍪

Hi! Here are my ingredients for tourtière! I have tried to scale it down to one pie amounts, as I usually make very large batches without measurements and adjust by taste! Tourtière spice tends to be very subjective so adjust at end to your own yumminess! This is a unique recipe with the addition of honey mustard, beef broth and Guinness beer, if you like it and share please mention Sweet Audra Brown !
