The green flag has dropped for some divisions at the Sportdrome Speedway (Just off I-65 & 5 minutes from Louisville) in Jeffersonville, Indiana. However, first major event is on Saturday. It's the 2nd Annual Rocky Glover Memorial Keep Kool 100. A full slate of racing is scheduled! Weather may force action to start a couple hours early! Check out the track FB page for last minute changes.

With the 2024 NASCAR season just underway, we say farewell to a sports legend. Chris Mortensen liked all kinds of sports, including racing. However, his #1 sport was the NFL. He was the original NFL insider. Chris Mortenson passed away after a long battle with cancer. We had the opportunity to meet him several years ago. One word describes the sports giant: Class. Our thoughts and prayers are with his entire family and friends.

Mother Nature is forcing changes at Daytona! The 500 will likely get moved! Friday, Louisville's Ben Rhodes got caught in an early racing incident forcing him out of the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Race.
Weather moved the ARCA race to Friday. Clarksville, Indiana based Kimmel Racing had one of its two drivers exit early, veteran racer Scott Melton. However, International driver Gil Linster (Picture) finished 7th in the ARCA race driving the #68 Kimmel Racing Ford!

He handles a wide range of injuries, and treats local college & high school athletes, racers, working professionals, those injured doing yard work, car wrecks, and other situations. Patients come from Kentucky and Indiana. Over the holidays and winter, his office sees an increase in slips and falls. If left untreated, Dr. Constante says it can cause even more problems.

The Lucas Oil Online Race Report dives into the playoffs! Nearly 20 years, we've featured racing on all levels! Right now, NASCAR is front and center! We talk about a little of everything. Some segments in 2021 showcased local racing fans, and local tracks like Sportsdrome Speedway operated by Mike Gibson and his family, NASCAR Great Dale Jarrett, looking back at two late local legends, Charlie Glotzbach and Bill Kimmel Sr. Also, area track champions, and Hall of Famer Scott Douglass always has something to say about Monster Jam!
