This was an excerpt from the inspiring speech, boyband superstars BTS, has delivered during the launch of “Youth 2030: The UN Youth Strategy” and “Generation Unlimited Partnership.”, last September 24. They made history as they joined some of the world’s most influential speakers, and became one of the voices, a moving voyage, of the youth today. Looking and listening to it again, makes me realise that the purpose why PH (Powerhouse) Magazine was created initially, is no different from the intention BTS had in their speech.
We want to be the house, the medium, the way, to show the power the youth has today.
There is no denying of the impact young people of different nationalities, age, gender, perspectives and more, has today. The unique quality that they can connect everything that they do to the community, to the social media, to the culture, and make positive changes that can slowly and hopefully effect the world one day after another, is a fact that we all shouldn’t miss. We at PH Magazine, we want to hear today’s generation and how they speak for themselves - it may be in a format where they are best comfortable in, maybe through their own fields - but by highlighting their achievements, their ways, we hope this can be a medium for one soul to become a role model of many today.
