Is getting a cheap logo from Fiverr too far fetched? The answer is yes and no πŸ˜‚
Here's the caveat πŸ‘€
Revisions, revisions and more revisions are your friends and low expectations are your best friends 😌
There is a good chance that you'll need to take a leap of faith with picking the person/team that will be doing the work for you. Additionally, you'll have to develop some basic artistic skills in order to communicate your ideas better - I'll demonstrate in the next video! 😁

The importance of having one boils down to this... A brand is "a customer's perception of a product, service, or company; a commercial reputation" - Marty Neumeier
As someone who's just starting out on all the top social media platforms (YouTube, Insta, Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc), there's a requirement to add a profile picture and banner on almost all of them.
This is where you should decide if you want to put something on there to fill the gaps or actually get a congruent design together and let people know about your purpose of existence.. right from the beginning. Either way, to me this isn't a deciding factor but it's one of the "nice to have" things.
πŸ‘οΈπŸ‘οΈ What do you think?

Hey FacebookπŸ‘‹,
Hope you are all well πŸ’―

As someone who's knee-deep in the consumption of different social media content - from videos about the meaning of life to pandas farting, I've noticed a pattern.
While both of them are equally entertaining in their own ways πŸ˜‚, only of those leaves you with actual value that can be applied to your daily existence πŸ€” πŸΌπŸ’¨ vs. 🦧🌏

It's quite fascinating to me, how we get to determine the value of entertainment on social media just because there is soo much being uploaded online every second!

It's funny if you think about it, "if you want to know what a person is really like and what they might be going through, check their watch history" πŸ‘€πŸ˜³πŸ˜‚ That will do it 😁

Tomorrow, I'll be documenting the filming process of the first ever tech review for ! - on YouTube! The same video will be condensed down to a 3 minute version for tiktok and a 1 minute version for reels.
Can't wait! I'm super excited ☺️
PS: I'll make sure to describe my process leading up to it, so that you have a very clear image of what it takes to get a video done from start to finish.
See you there πŸ‘Œ

So close, yet so far! πŸ˜‡
Storytime | The Air Ambulance Service πŸš‘πŸš

There's tons of things that happen in this video but I strongly believe in these key takeaways:

- order and chaos, do co-exist with each other even in the simplest forms like have a messy room!
(I've found that cleaning my room truly has a profound effect on my mind, mood and day as a whole!)
- When it comes to taking photos with any camera, including your phone.. always look around you first and take a mental note of what the light is doing to the environment. Is it too dark? Is it too bright? Work with what you've got but most importantly adapt the camera's location, angles and settings AFTER you've taken the time to inspect your environment πŸ“Έ
- Shooting in RAW is extremely forgiving and can save you from an unfavorable and limiting situation! The down sides that I've found with using RAW is that I start depending on it too much and lose my edge because my subconscious tells me that always have the option to fix things in post πŸ˜….. not a great approach! 😌
- Definitely taller than that stupid mannequin! 🀫 Like I said, I don't wanna hear it 😭
- This one is just for me - note to self πŸ“ watch more carefully when reversing! πŸ‘€πŸ˜΄

Can't wait to get all the items sorted and ready for some amazing pictures!
As I get the opportunity to start taking photos, I'll record my creative thought process and all the technical details in setting everything up, so it looks nice and presentable πŸ˜πŸ‘Œ

Thanks for watching! πŸ™πŸ“Ί
Take care 😊

Hello Facebook,

This is the second video on my channel which showcases some of my filming and editing skills. I can't be too critical since I know that only time and practice will help me feel more relaxed in front of the camera :)
In the video, I try to explain the importance of storytelling and how the same camera footage can have a much greater impact when used as a tool to support a simple narrative. In this case "me getting ready to go and record this video for you" vs. "random location supported by a few visually pleasing shots".

You'll also find that that I share a personal belief in the "10,000 hour" work ethic, which lets one become a master of their craft. Is that number accurate? Who knows... Maybe? For the moment, I'll use it as a guideline that will help me evaluate my journey.

The two documents which I've disclosed in the video will be available soon and you'll be able to see their regular updates:
First called, "Filmmaking: Categories of Exploration", which includes my current selection of film categories that I'll be learning about, apply to future production of videos and share my personal experiences and findings.
Second, "Filmaking: Resource Log", this will provide you with a detailed list of resources. It’s amazing how much free and valuable information is out there! This will give a raw and unfiltered look into what I’ve learned about each category and the sources I’ve used to expand my knowledge before putting it into practice.

I had an absolute blast recording and editing this video. There are many scenes that didn't make the cut but hopefully I can use them as referential and contextual pieces of content in future videos.

The future content will cover individual topics in greater depth. Next video: How to film on any camera, including a smartphone.

Hope you enjoyed the video! Please like and subscribe for more.
