Icon Music INC was founded on February, 23.2013 by Angelo Garcia and the story behind how this label was founded is an interesting one. Angelo Garcia (Founder/President/CEO) has been singing since he was 3 years old and performing on stage since he was 7. At the tender age of 11 years old he was chosen out of tens of thousands of children to become part of the world famous boy band "MENUDO", where
he toured the globe, shared the stage and recorded albums alongside superstar Ricky Martin. After recording three HIT albums for "Menudo" Angelo decided to part ways with the group and attempt a solo career. His debut album for Warner Music Mexico simply titled "Angelo" was a fluffy bubble gum pop album with sprinkles of Hip Hop, and although Angelo was grateful for the opportunity he was bestowed, he often felt stymied, pre fabricated, and disregarded. He reveals that in his debut album experience he often felt like a puppet, because he had no input on the song selections, his image, nor did he even have liberty to express himself freely, in fact everything in his first musical attempt was micromanaged by his then manager, and the record label. Moreover Angelo struggled to garner control of his musical sound, thus was unable to gain any type of creative prowess for this first production, and as a result the album was released with lukewarm reviews. Frustrated with the way the label was managing the album, and his manager’s incessant micromanaging of his personal image and persona Angelo decided to part ways with both parties, since he felt incapable of being allowed authenticity, therefore he returned to College and pursued his education. To make a long story short after three albums with “Menudo”, three prior solo fabrications and over 20 years of struggle and determination to be "AUTHENTIC", Angelo decided to stop relying on Major record labels with archaic points of view, and out of "TOUCH" CEO's, and appropriated control over his career, which consequently enabled him to flex his musical muscle and dexterity in songwriting, and was finally adept to sing and record his very own original musical creations. His ambitious nature and tenacity triggered a bold decision, and as a result on February 23rd of 2013 Angelo Garcia became the founder, President and CEO of his very own record label, and that is how Icon Music INC. Icon Music Inc will unremittingly work on the release of Angelo’s 7th studio album entitled "Scandalous". Music critics who have sampled “Scandalous” label Angelo’s achievement, “A Bold, Tenacious, and Confident body of music that combines DJ dance floor beats with staunch lyrics, steaming melodies and powerful hooks. Icono Music INC, fue fundado en febrero 23 del 2013 por Ángelo García, y la historia detrás de la compañía disquera es interesante. Ángelo García (Fundador / Presidente / CEO) ha estado cantando desde que tenía 3 años de edad y actuando en el escenario desde que tenía 7 años. A la tierna edad de 11 años, fue elegido por decenas de miles de niños a formar parte del grupo "Menudo", donde realiza una gira por el mundo, compartieron el escenario y grabado discos junto a Ricky Martin. Después de grabar tres álbumes de éxito con "Menudo", Ángelo decidió separarse de la agrupación e intentar una carrera en solitario. Su álbum debut para Warner Music México titulado simplemente "Ángelo" era un álbum pop con chispas de Hip Hop, y aunque Ángelo estaba agra-decido por la oportunidad que le fue otorgada, se sentía frustrado, pre fabricado. Él revela que en su experiencia con su álbum debut se sentía como una marioneta, porque no tenía voz en la selección de canciones, en su imagen, ni tampoco siquiera tienen la liber-tad de expresarse libremente, de hecho todo en su intento musical fue administrado por su entonces gerente, y el sello discográfico. Además Ángelo luchaba para tener el control de su sonido musical, y no pudo obtener ningún tipo de habilidad creativa para esta primera producción, y como resultado, el álbum fue lanzado con críticas poco entusiastas. Frustrado con la forma en que la disquera hizo la gestión del álbum, Ángelo decidió separarse de ambas partes, ya que se sentía incapaz de ser autentico, por lo tanto, él volvió a la universidad y prosiguió su educación. Después de tres álbumes con "Menudo", tres producciones individuales anteriores y más de 20 años de lucha y determinación de ser "auténtico", Ángelo decidió dejar de depender de los principales sellos discográficos con puntos de vista arcaico y fuera de "TOUCH" del CEO y tomo el control apropiado sobre su carrera, que en consecuencia le permitió flexionar su musical y la destreza en la composición de canciones, y finalmente fue adepto a cantar y grabar sus propias creaciones musicales originales. On tosh.O when he was shooting the episode of He-Man the musical with Angelo Garcia. I’m standing in front of the Ginormous picture of Daniel Tosh. It was such a blast to watch the show being filmed. Angelo and I had a great time and Daniel Tosh is such a nice guy. What a great memory it was and I’ll never forget that day!

I won't lie I was so nervous to cover this song because the level of difficulty is a 10 it's vocal arrangement is extravagant and ostentatious and we all know that nobody can sing this like the Queen of all the land and all the live long day Mariah Carey, however everybody requested this and since I love making my soldiers happy here it is . I really hope you enjoy my version of the amazing song . Mariah Carey is a singer , songwriter and musician that like so many others has inspired me and given me life in so many ways , I could only hope one day I could inspire others the way she inspired me . No les voy a mentir. Estaba tan nervioso de hacer esta canción en cover porque honestamente el nivel de dificultad es un 10 es bien extravagante , es poco decir que el arreglo vocal y la gimnasia vocal es complicada y nadie puede cantar esto como la Reina de toda la tierra Mariah Carey , sin embargo todos me pidieron esta canción y como ya saben que me encanta hacer felices a mis soldados aquíi está lo prometido . Realmente espero que disfruten mi versión de esta increíble canción. Chris Cornell was one of the best rock voices that ever existed he was the lead vocalist of Soundgarden and the super rock band Audioslave , I remember the day I found out he ended his own life it figuratively broke my heart , his powerful vocals and amazing songwriting skills will forever be cherished. I pray for his family and I truly hope wherever he is now he has found peace.

Me recuerdo la primera vez que escuche una ranchera con mariachi Tendría como 3 años y me recuerdo que era una película em Negro y blanco y empieza ese cantante a cantar
" De la sierra, morena Cielito lindo, vienen bajando, Un par de ojitos negros, cielito lindo de contrabando" .
Se me pararon los pelos de punta y le pregunto a mi madre "mami quien canta ?" Y mi madre me dice ese es la gran leyenda "Pedro Infante" , desde ese día fue mi ídolo y mi cantante favorito latino y aún lo sigue siendo , me recuerdo como me dije a mi mismo quiero aprender a cantar rancheras y me obsesioné con las películas de Pedro. La música mexicana ha sido una influencia enorme para mi y con mucho amor , cariño y humildad les presento mi versión de una ranchera cantada originalmente en dueto de Christian Nodal y David Bisbal dos talentosos y gran artistas que admiro mucho.
