Our friend Dakota Crowe - aka "DJ Crowe" - could use some help. For those who do not know, Dakota's wife Arianna recently gave birth to twin girls, however the twins were born about 2 months prematurely and have required a great deal of medical attention. One of the twins is now home with the family and they expect the other to be home very soon. Dakota has been on unpaid Family Medical Leave while attending to his son Robert and other family needs while his wife has been making regular trips to the local hospital to be with the twins. Dakota has set up a GoFundMe page and the family could really use a helping hand right now. If you are able - even with a small donation - to help the Crowe's out, I know they would be unbelievably appreciative! S4NR has always been a "family" unit, and I hope those who are able will help the Crowe family out. A link to their GoFundMe page is provided. It is with some regret but also a great deal of wonderful memories that I announce that S4NR will play its final song later this year. This decision comes after very careful thought over the past few months. The truth is it simply is time. We have been blessed with outstanding program hosts through the years and you folks deserve all the credit for the success the station has enjoyed! I will have more later on this decision later, including plans for our final month on the air in December. You have all been amazing over the years and I thank each of you for your contributions.
