Bookmagickpress Bookmagickpress is a creative enterprise powered by Beth Benson to promote words and writing them, books, and reading them.

Bookmagick Press is the next iteration in a long line of co-created community arts projects that blur the lines between public and private space by celebrating literacy, ideas, creators, visual arts and book making. Through Bookmagick Press I offer ghostwriting services and book consulting for books, thesis papers, social media content, speeches and other written and spoken word forms. Bookmagickp

“Tell your story.
Shout it. Write it.
Whisper it if you have to.
But tell it.
Some won't understand it.
Some will outright reject it.
But many will
thank you for it.
And then the most
magical thing will happen.
One by one, voices will start
whispering, 'Me, too.'
And your tribe will gather.
And you will never
feel alone again.”

Writopia Lab

In Utrecht, a medieval town in the Netherlands, the neighborhood is coming together around this bookshelf mural. The artist, Jan Is De Man, says: "Part of the concept was to involve the residents’ in the artistic process, “We entered the community by asking people for their favorite books and we were able to put 8 languages and cultures together in the same concept. Everybody, every age, every culture, every language was welcome. The only rule I set up to participate in this art project was: no political books and no religious books. Besides that every book title was welcome.” For more photos and the the full story, visit: https://www.boredpanda.com/street-art-utrecht-apartment-building-transformed-into-bookcase-jan-is-de-man/
