And so it goes. Sybil Gage's Stormy Monday Show will be going on "Ice" at least until I can see my calendar clearing up. My performance schedule is making it impossible to devote the care and time it takes to produce the weekly effort. I have been on the air with The Stormy Monday Show on AM 1300 WMEL a little over 4 years now and I am surely going to miss it..for a while anyway. Many people have inquired about the little show that could, and I finally had to give in to the fact that I cannot be in 2 places at the same time. I appreciate my loyal audience so much, as well as all of the musicians who were the backbone of The Stormy Monday Show. Every so often I will comment on this page when I feel I must share some new great music with you. Thanks to my family at WMEL for opening your ears and doors to my ideas. So, goodbye for now, but not forever....don't forget , the Stormy Monday Show has been around since the early 80's in one form or another.

BULLETIN: Last night a tornado hit WMEL studio where Sybil Gage's Stormy Monday Show is broadcast from. The roof was torn off and the local transmitter was destroyed. The good news. John , Vern, Johnny O'Hara are all fine. So are Panther and Rocky, the station cats. The stream is still up and running.. So this is going to be a week of repair. I think the Stormy Monday Show shall prevail on Saturday. I'll keep you posted. What does this have to do with James Brown???? Absolutely nothing!
