Police Kasimbayanan Program headed by Manabo Acting Chief of Police, Captain Rovisco G. Dulnuan together with his junior Police Officers PEMS Aaron Camaro Jr., PCPL Jamaica Trinidad, PÇPL Reggie Sapata, PCPL Ropert Taguban and PAT Jessa Maslang in cooperation with the Bgy. Captain of Sto Tomas, Manabo, Abra Hon. Julio Ayat was held at the Sto. Tomas covered court followed by a Bible Study conducted by Fellowship of the Flock Church ( FFC ) Head Pastor Vicente Valera.
The purpose of this program is to educate the residence about the laws of man and God.

“2ND ABRA PMFC CONDUCTED FEEDING PROGRAM”

Manabo, Abra- Personnel of 2nd Abra PMFC led by PEMS Sahid-Khan L Bersamin, CESPO under the supervision of PLTCOL IGAN PIOIG BALLANGAN, AFC conducted feeding program activity to 80 beneficiaries composed of Daycare Center pupils of Catacdegan, Kindergarten pupils and some pupils of Catacdegan Elementary School, Manabo, Abra together with their parents and teachers. This activity aims to provide augmentation support through feeding program for children and improve knowledge, attitudes and practices of children enrolled, parents and caregivers through intensified nutrition and health education.

Moreover, Pat Ireneo B Langngag Jr, PCAD PNCO, discussed what Anti Bullying is and taught the children the kinds of nutritious foods that they should eat for them to grow physically and mentally fit, stable, and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Jesus Reigns Celebration is being celebrated nationwide in the Philippines. It's vision is to see every nation, consumed by the love of the heavenly Father, empowered by the Holy Spirit, seeking to honor God and worship Jesus Christ alone and exalt the name of Jesus in righteous living as one body for individual restoration and national transformation.

We joined the celebration of Jesus Reigns in Dolores, Abra. Before the pandemic, the celebration was celebrated with motorcade, parade and program in Bangued, attended by members of different Christian organization all over the province. Now to avoid over crowding it is celebrated by groups.

Training and Seminar of Barangay Peacekeepin g Action Team (BPATS)
Personnel of San Isidro MPS led by PLT KARLO PAOLO M FERNENDEZ, OIC together with the RMFB15, 71st IB 71D PA, with the supportive Municipal Mayor Hon. Elmerante M Pacsa conducted three days Training and Seminar to the nine (9) Barangay of San Isidro BPATS members, Wherein, they witnessed actual demonstration of arresting technique and their role and function. Drug awareness, Anti-terrorism campaign, Section 30 of RA 9262 and Knot tying were also discussed.

Such training and seminar are to refresh and enhance the knowledge of the participants in organizing and mobilizing various sectors of the community towards the sustainability of peace and order and safer place to live, work and do business. Also, this will strengthen the partnership of the PNP and community towards the goal of one nation.

INTENSIVE CAMPAIGN AGAINST LOOSE FI****MS

San Isidro Municipal Police Station under the stewardship of PLT KARLO PAO LO M FERNANDEZ, Officer In Charge in its effort to eliminate the proliferation of loose fi****ms and the commission of crimes perpetrated by the use of unlicensed fi****ms, the sustained conducts of regular barangay visitations, dialogues and pulong-pulong in the barangays, earned good output. As a result thereof, the personnel persuade the residents keeping unlicensed fi****ms to surrender to the authorities to deter commission of an offense and to avoid penal liability of possessing the same. However, this effort may not be attained without the active support of the Barangay Officials in convincing the holders of unlicensed fi****ms.

As a proof therein, at about 11:00AM October 21, 2021, a peace-loving citizen (name withheld) and resident of Barangay Cabayogan, San Isidro, Abra voluntarily surrendered one (1) homemade caliber 38 revolver, with serial number 119621, without ammunition and with other markings “ TRADE MARK CAL. 38 U.S.A.” to the personnel of San Isidro MPS, Abra PPO.. The surrender of the said firearm was presented at the Barangay Hall of said place and is now under the custody of the station for proper disposition.

Nine Individuals Held for Illegal Gambling at Barangay Bangbangcag, Bucay, Abra

Nine individuals held today at Barangay Bangbangcag for illegal gambling. Early this morning, joint operatives of PIU, Abra PPO and Bucay MPS led by PLT ALLAN T. ROJO, under the direct supervision of PMAJ JUNE B. TABIGO-ON, Chief PIU, conducted anti-illegal gambling operation at the wake of Rosalinda Tabaniag that resulted to the arrest of Flor Bisnan Baro,Antonio Dumenden Cabanag , Charle Lopez Fuentes, Eduardo Blanza Falcon, Bonifacio Acosta Mandigma, Edward Vicente Bicera, Erwin Mercurio Baro, Eddie Mercurio Baro and Florante Basis Tamo. Said arrested individuals were caught on the act while playing the dice game called “Dado”.

The operating team recovered three cups and bet money amounting to three thousand, three hundred ninety pesos (Php 3,390). Suspects and confiscated pieces of evidence were brought at Bucay MPS for documentation prior filing of appropriate charges. For the meantime the arrested suspects were under the custody of Bucay MPS for safekeeping.
