Happy World Meditation Day - Raising Awareness of Nothing (and everything).
I hear a lot of people say they "should" meditate, but they don't.
They know that meditation reduces stress, improves clarity of mind, enhances creativity, and puts you in a position to be responsive to the demands of life rather than be reactive to them.
Because of the known benefits, many have tried meditation, but haven't found a technique that they've been willing to commit to.
That understandable. With so many choices our there, (YouTube alone has over 50 million meditation videos on it!), it can be pretty difficult to decide which meditation technique is best for you.
In this video, I help make the decision-making process easier. Much easier.
I break meditation down into the three main categories, concentration, contemplation, and transcendence, and I share a brief summary of the benefits of each.
You can of course have multiple meditation techniques that you practice, but my strong recommendation is to have a transcendent practice, such as Vedic Meditation, is your cornerstone practice.
Do this, and any other technique you practice will no doubt benefit.
