2024 Full Circle’s Men on the Move Series Finale with Karega Bailey

Our final episode of the Men on the Move series was nothing short of phenomenal! We were honored to have the inspiring Karega Bailey join us on 97.5 FM KDEE and share his incredible journey.

Karega is more than just an artist with SOL Development and the author of SOL Affirmations; he is a devoted father and husband, deeply committed to healing the Black community, particularly focusing on Black men's mental health.

From his roots in a Jamaican immigrant family in South Sacramento to his time at Hampton University, Karega’s story is one of resilience and triumph. He opened up about heartbreaking losses, his path to becoming an Emmy Award-winning artist, and his powerful work with the Men's Wellness Fellowship, which he co-founded.

His book, SOL Affirmations for Fathers is available now! The book is for fathers and father-figures alike and continues to uplift and inspire, embodying his belief that "wellness is the new genre." Karega exudes love, light, and liberation in everything he does, and his presence on Full Circle was truly transformative.

NSBE is the National Society of Black Engineers. The NSBE Jr. Pre-College Initiative is a non-profit program designed to stimulate the interest in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics fields, or STEM. Family, get ready for episode 2 of the 2024 Full Circle Men on the Move series with guest Michael P. Coleman, freelance writer and Director of External Affairs for Sierra Donor Services. Mr. Coleman has spent his career sharing the stories of celebrities and organizations and creating content on many different platforms. As the Director of External Affairs for Sierra Donor Services, Michael is laser focused on increasing the number of registered organ, tissue, and eye donors and ultimately eliminating the organ transplant list, via community engagement.
