Hon. Ibrahim Kasozi: The reason many people think the NRM will continue to dominate, especially in Buganda, is that they have learned from their past mistakes, particularly why they did not perform as expected in the previous campaigns.
They had neglected many issues important to the citizens on the ground, such as human rights and development.
They thought that because they were in power, everything was okay.
