On the heels of a global pandemic, one man's fight for survival against hoards of the infected leads him to the woods outside of Boston, in the hopes of finding refuge from a crumbing world.

U*i is the exciting new film by director Sam Powell, who's 2014 film Good Fences was an official selection of the LA Shorts Fest and Orlando Film Festival, and winner of Emerging Filmmaker at the Roxbury Film Festival as well as Best in Fest at the Granite State Film Festival. U*i was shot by a tiny crew of dedicated artists over six days in the summer, primarily in the woods of Natick MA.
