Thomas Edison's Spirit Phone

Thomas Edison is globally known for his groundbreaking inventions such as the electric light bulb, the phonograph, and the motion picture camera. However, one of the most intriguing and lesser-known episodes of his life involves his pursuit of a device designed to communicate with the spirit world, often referred to as the "Spirit Phone."

What was the ”Spirit Phone”?

In his later years, Edison developed a deep interest in the afterlife and the possibility of communicating with the deceased. This led him to conceptualize a device that could bridge the gap between the living and the deceased. Edison believed that with the correct scientific approach, it might be possible to prove the existence of spirits and even listen to their voices.

Edison's Motivation and Concept

Edison's interest in a spiritual communication device was partly fueled by the Spiritualism Movement of the early 20th century. During that period, many scientists and inventors were captivated by the idea of the supernatural and sought to investigate it using scientific methods. Edison, known for communicating with Helena Petrovna Blavatsky, who founded the Theosophical Society, believed as an innovator that "If there are spirits, there must be a way to measure and detect them."

He envisioned an apparatus that could pick up these subtle energies which enables us communication with the other side. Spiritual Message of Thomas Edison

Edison passed away in 1931, but the five million pages of notes he left behind contain forward-thinking ideas, such as an automatic translation machine that transcends language differences, a spirit communication device to converse with the deceased, and teleportation technology to move matter. Where did such timeless ideas originate?

In 1985, Master Ryuho Okawa recorded a spiritual message from Thomas Edison. In this message, Edison’s spirit revealed that he resides in the eighth dimension, under the scientific silver light (one of Seven Colors of Heaven) led by the ninth-dimensional spirit, Newton. Edition stated that he exists to allow humanity to accumulate new experiences through the advancement of science.

"I believe science is essentially a force that promotes and develops civilization, allowing humans to gain diverse and new experiences. Through the joy we get from these new experiences, we find spiritual progress. I feel that's the purpose of humans being born on Earth. However, when we forget the real essence of science and pursue only convenience, that's when we start getting into trouble.

I am now going to tell you why I asked for your help. I wanted to warn you that science is facing a real danger today. The danger arises from the trend of believing only in the material world and completely ignoring the spiritual world. The truth is, progress in science can only be achieved by recognizing what we call the spirit world.

For instance, by discovering the system for traveling through the spirit world and different dimensions, the human dream of freely traveling through the universe may finally become a reality. Interaction and trade with extraterrestrial beings might become possible, and even the energy problem can be solved by investigating spiritual energy, which will provide abundant, clean, and safe energy for the world. This is precisely the science of the spirit world.

Just as all religions that denied science eventually became obsolete, there is no future for a science that denies the Spirit World.

We scientists must have the courage to face the world and prove to everyone the truth—that this world here on Earth is far from being all there is, just as Galileo and Copernicus did. "

"At present, the field of physics seems not to have made much progress in understanding elementary particles and the structure of the universe. But beyond the boundaries of today's understanding, the mystical wonders of the Spirit World await modern physics. A breakthrough in physics will require the unraveling of the secrets of the mechanism and structure of the Spirit World." P. 134

Times of illness are ideal time to recall and ponder on events and relationships. It’s an ideal time to take inventory of the emotions and thoughts buried during our busy day-to-day life. It’s also an ideal time to count our blessings and generate gratitude.
