Continuing with my beloved throat chakra and the reason I started a podcast, building my communication skills, and using my voice more frequently to heal the part of me that was silenced as a child.

Throat chakra alignment and healing multiple levels(p.s. it’s never linear) mentally, spiritually and physically working with opening your communication, speaking your personal truth & truly broadcasting YOUR magnetic signature is what will change everything in your life.
Here are some of my Sunday funday love stokes from a previous post on the chakras and a few tips to strengthen your throat chakra ❤️🤘🏻

1. Love Letters & Creative Flow
Use the written word of positive communication and write from your soul. Your favorite love poetry, affirmations, journaling & expressing your inner work thoughts, penning your best work & letting your creative flow come through and shine with your blog, course creation, journaling projects or writing your first book(fiction or non-fiction).

2. Speak from the Heart
It is time to speak up & use your voice from your heart. Make it fun and go to an improv or beginner comedy club and make people laugh. Or go talk to someone new & strike up a conversation.
The words we say aloud can uplift (or deplete) people so go laugh & make someone else’s day with laughter or a compliment.

3. Lead a Painting Class
Dive into public speaking and work that voice by stepping outside your comfort zone and lead a painting class. Beginner or whatever creative flow you want to bring into it. Make it your own 🌈💫🎨

4. Yoga Dance + Singing Sessions
Have a lovely yoga Asana session with people you don’t know or friends you do know and turn up the volume to your favorite songs to sing along to & add dance movement practice to the sessions as well.

Location: Over the breastbone in the center of the chest. It is the sacred point of balance of all 7 chakras with 3 chakras below it and 3 chakras above.

7 Chakra Series - Sacral Chakra🧡
Check out these love stokes below to stert healing and restoring your sacral chakra.(original post is part of my Sunday funday love stokes)👇🏻

1. Add Love Movement ❤️💃🏼
Dance your beloved sacral chakra back to life and activate it. Lack of mobility can seriously damage your arm, legs, back, & hips and keep you stiff!
Put on your favorite tunes(🎧🎷🎺🥁 (Sting, Pitbull, Moonchild, & Jazz for me) and dance it out!!
We all need a good salsa dance, techno dance or just free dancing in your favorite sacred space and have fun opening those hips and adding joy to the movement. Enjoy yourself and your beautiful body! 🎶💟

2. Catch Some Waves 🌊🏄‍♀️🏊🏼‍♀️
Water is the element of the Sacral Chakra so you need to get back into the flow and be close to water, or in it. Swimming is beautiful & super helpful (breaststroke) with smooth movements while bringing awareness to the energy and flow of you in the water. Or take a quick dip in the ocean or lake around you .. this works perfectly too!

3. Waterfall Meditation 💫💧💦
You want to feel more flow & abundance and practicing a waterfall (water centered) meditation will get you back in touch with this on a sensory level. It will stimulate your sacral chakra energy & open up the beautiful possibilities of natural flow in your life so you can be energized. (Meditation dropping soon)

4. Butterfly Pose Yoga 🦋🧘🏼‍♀️
Yoga practice to replenish and revive the sacral chakra is needed and to get that beautiful energy flowing again try the Baddha Kanasana or (butterfly pose).
