I had the opportunity to attend a convention in Vegas this summer with thousands of others in my industry.
I got to watch hundreds of people receive awards for their achievements.
I surrounded myself with other like minded and successful people.
It’s steps like these that put me closer to my goal everyday.
I’m constantly learning and growing and becoming a better leader and a better person.
Visiting local farms has been an integral part of our homeschool experience. Since we don’t have a farm of our own, we can learn from and support our local community.
Working online gives me the freedom to show my daughter where our food comes from and the importance of knowing the quality of the things we put in our bodies.
Some might think I’m lucky to be able to do things like this, but it’s not luck, it’s strategy.
I strategically placed myself in the position to be able to be my daughter’s educator and biggest influence in her life.
Making this reality took a big leap of faith and some drastic changes.
I’m forever grateful that I have faith and took that first step, and every step after. I keep walking the path, knowing that I’m where I’m meant to be.♥️🙏
One of the benefits of homeschooling is the flexibility to find educational opportunities in our daily activities.
This particular opportunity was unexpected and super awesome! We decided to play at the river before starting school one morning.
There was a local college class happening for wildlife biologists. The instructor took the time to teach my daughter about the different species in the water, as they caught different things.
She was having fun, and was interested in what the instructor was teaching her. The perks of learning from home and in nature!
I’m blessed with the opportunity to be home with my child, and experience as many moments as possible.
Working online gives me that opportunity, it gives me my time with my family back.

Stopping to smell the flowers is something our society is desperately missing.
We live the 9-5 grind life give us time to enjoy the little things, let alone time with family or time for self care.
When I was a stay at home mom I had all the time to enjoy being with my child. When I started working, I realized how little time it gave me with my family.
I was also paying almost as much for childcare as I was making.
When I started my online business I quickly saw the of running my own business and many own hours. And by doing it online I could work from anywhere.
Now I get to help others do the same and escape the 9-5 grind. 💪🏻💫🙏
Being open to change and opportunity has opened doors for me that I never thought possible.
I’ve gained knowledge, experience, and confidence that came with putting myself in new and uncomfortable situations.
Getting out of my comfort zone brought growth beyond my wildest dreams.
I’m so grateful to be able to pass on what I have learned to others.
Life is meant for growth and happiness, and living life outside of the system that is meant to keep us in a little box.
Spending time with my child outside in nature is an important part of our lives. I’m showing her that life should never be lived sitting inside behind a desk all day.
Life can be so much more, and we can achieve more. I’m giving her knowledge and confidence to go against the grain and not get stuck in a mundane life and schedule.
She’s seeing me homeschool her, while also building a business online so I can live life on my schedule, and put my family first.
Life has blessed me with opportunity, now it’s up to me to keep achieving and excel in what I’m doing.
This picture of me was taken about a month before we decided to quit our jobs and leave California.
We were sick of mandates and restrictions on our freedoms. We were sick of the 9-5 lifestyle that gave us little time to enjoy being together as a family.
It was a big scary move, but we did it anyway. I knew that I my family needed to live somewhere that didn’t strip our rights as parents, or our personal rights.
It’s been a long journey to get to where we are now, and it wasn’t always easy. I’m grateful for every learning experience and opportunity to grow that I’ve gained from this journey.
Life will never change if we don’t make the effort and do uncomfortable things. Glad that I took a chance on change!
