Journaling has been one thing I incorporated in my personal growth journey and it hasn’t only been so exciting for me but also very helpful. I wrote down some benefits below because I think this might help someone to start journaling.

— It clarifies my thoughts and feelings

— Reduce stress and anxiety

— Fosters my self-awareness

— Helps me in my goal setting and achievement. Instead of having my goals in my head and forget them in the long run. I write them in my journal and tick the ones I was able to achieve at the end of the day.

— it Provided a safe space for expressing my feelings.

— It Improved my writing and communication skills. I discovered that I now write better and use better words unlike when I started, because I write everyday and I always make use of the new words I learn.

— It has helped me track my growth journey and I can’t agree less that journaling has really helped me a lot in my self development journey.

My phobia for dogs.

I naturally don’t have a liking for dogs, and not just that I’m always scared of them. So that means I have a huge phobia for dogs.

Ever since I relocated to this new place because I wasn’t able to get a hostel this session I have been very uncomfortable with the number of dogs I see roaming about. I can see about 3 stray dogs by just opening my gate. You can imagine how many I will see before I get to the junction.

I don’t even want to hear the “e no Dey bite” things because they don’t inform anyone before they bite.

Since dogs are one of my most feared domestic animals, I tru so hard to avoid every dog I see on the road.

So there’s this cute little dog owned by one of our flat mate. He is so jovial and plays with everyone even when you don’t want him to.

After a while, Jayden began to make me change my perspective that all dogs are aggressive. Though I’m not still comfortable around dogs, I think my dear for them is vanishing bit by bit.

I think I might get a dog when I can afford it.

As a business owner, there are some skills you must learn and one of them is how to handle customers.

You can’t take the nonchalant attitude you exhibit to your business if you really want to grow.

I know a lady who unnecessarily shouts at people on the phone, a lady who claims to run an online business, and she always gives an excuse that “little things annoy her”

Learn to control yourself, learn to speak to people, you don’t know who is your potential customer, learn to use the right words.

Sometimes some customers buy from you not because your product is a 10/10 but your attitude makes your brand a 10/10.
