READING IN 2024 is kicked into gear!!!! 📖📚📖📚 I just finished this book and it is one in a series of life affirming novels by the author!! I give it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ stars! I loved it! PLANNING CONSISTENCY!!! 🎈☔️🌞🎈☔️🌞 Why is it so important? It builds momentum! If you’re constantly flipping from one format, routine, or scheduling track you’re losing momentum and moving into a frantic life! If you’re looking for that work and life balance you have to be able to say no to some things or people in your life. You have to be able to have the vision of where you want to go and only engage in tasks and routines that support your vision!!! If you notice, my morning routine changes very little from month to month!!! My format is done in blocks of time instead of hourly! Why? Because these habits support consistency and the ability to see beyond and attain success!!! Yes, life gets in the way! Things come up, but this allows for not being overwhelmed, balance, peace in the storms of life, and joy!!! What habits do you engage in that allow you to have margins in life to live? DAY OFF OF RELAXING!!! ☘️☘️☘️ So excited to have a day off and my sister is coming this afternoon! YES!!! So excited!!! I wan to talk to you about the promise of routines!!!
☘️☘️Routines provide for consistency and success!!! The routine tasks you do create muscle and brain memory that allow you to focus on the bigger goals in life!!! If you’re not following routines you’ll sink into being overwhelmed! You’ll always feel frazzled and not get to do the things in life you want to do! Life has enough distractions, but if you have routines that support your goals then you can establish forward momentum. That momentum keeps you going even when you get tired. It provides the steps necessary to achieve a goal and routines provide consistency necessary to achieve goals!!! ☘️☘️☘️ What kinds of am and pm routines do you have? What days of the week do you buy groceries? If you’re constantly running from event to event you’re missing out on living! Living is in the small and consistent things you do to make it in life!! Plan well! Say no to things!
