Nexon America Mabinogi Is it normal for your Mabinogi team to tell players to Start over when an in game bug causes that players account to be unable to play your content?
Then after a month and 13 days your customer is told they will not receive updates or any compensation and to simply sit and suffer while it’s “Investigated” .
Seems pretty outrageous to spend thousands on this game as a consumer only to be told to start over…, especially on an issue caused by the developers. I’m going to get the word and screenshots out there if the customer service continues this way
