Right now, it seems like the days are rolling into each other but you have to make use of this opportunity to hone your craft are six tips that you can find help; • Study the works of the greats in your field. • Right down your goals. This should cover your goals during the isolation and a considerable period of time after isolation. • Find an accountability partner, someone who will ask you about your progress. • Find an inspiring place to think. • Keep a visual journal, where you write all your thoughts and ideas. • Create, create and keep creating.

Studies have shown that an average person checks his/her phone at least 80 times a day and with a great number of people using internet enabled phones it is safe to say that we generally conduct our lives – shopping, socializing, business dealinds and sharing information - online. The protection of our digital rights have become vital in today's world.
