Do you overthink a lot? Islamic ways to help you stop overthinking

1. Tawakkul: Rely on Allah swt, put your trust in the most wise the all knowing, he never burdens a soul more than it can handle.

2. Acceptance: what has happened has happened, now proceed with the situation with what has already happened. Don't think about the "what if"

3. Positive: Be thankful to Allah for he knows what is best for you and what has khair, he knows but you don't know.

4. Dhikr: Remembering Allah is the best way to bring inner peace. One of the best dhikr to read for anxiety & overthinking is "la hawla wala quwwata illa billah"

5. Remember that overthinking comes from shaytan who wants you to live in fear, these are irrelevant thoughts that cause nothing good to you or your well-being, and they are dangerous to one's faith.

6. Be positive: Allah swt says with hardship comes ease

7. Ask Allah: Allah swt listens, turn each anxiety, each fear into dua, Allah knows what is in your heart.

8. Remember that human responsibility is limited: Remember that you can't control the outcome of your events, With that do the best that and then leave it to Allah.

9. Seek help through sabr and salah: something that can help you ease your pain and suffering is sabr which includes self control from overthinking, & salah When you stand in front of Allah remember that you will be throwing all your stress and worries behind & returning to Him.
