What an experience!

One week in Vietnam, at a gorgeous resort, surrounded by friends and business partners. Could it be any better?!

I will be honest tho.

The whole week got a bit overwhelming at one point, but definitely in a good way!

It’s just gonna take some time to actually process everything I’ve experienced. So I will continue sharing more about this amazing retreat in the coming weeks 🌴🤍✨

It really is my favorite day of the week!

I feel like Sundays is the day of the week you are expected to just relax. You can charge your batteries for a new week ahead.

I myself is pretty bad at relaxing, haha

Sundays are usually my most productive day, and I just love it!

Did you know…

My favorite beverage has always been water?

When my friends would offer me soft drinks with dinner I would usually ask for water instead 😅

Last week I even turned down wine in favor of water 😂

You can imagine how excited I got when I realized I could make a business around the (in my opinion) best water there is! Aka Electrolyzed reduced water ✨✨

Keep reminding yourself of your dreams 💫

Architecture has always facilitated me, and even if it has changed with time, I have always been very clear on how my dream home looks.

And I love visualizing it!

You can do this through making up pictures in your mind,

but if you find this difficult it helps having actual pictures to look at.

Working from the library today ✨

I like switching it up and work from different places.

When I need to focus and be productive a library is the perfect place for me to work.

Actually getting out of the house and go somewhere with other people makes me concentrate much better 🙌🏼

But I love not just having one office, but to be able to all the time change sceneries. That is what gives me inspiration 🦋🌛🌱

Today was the first day of snow in Oslo ❄️

I’m not that fond of snow to be honest, but the first few times each year are always very cozy.

A little while ago I would be too scared to start with something where I wouldn’t see results or success right away.
I would also be too impatient and quit before it mounted into anything.

But now I’m super excited to set long term goals and see them gradually come to life🌷

For me it all came down to finding the right people who believes in and supports me along the way.

I’ve come to realize that I’ve spent most my life living in the future. I’ve spent endless hours dreaming about how I want my life to become and also worrying about never getting there and all the things that could potentially go wrong along the way.

Lately I’ve been focusing more on enjoying the here and now. And it’s definitely made me much happier 🌿✨🫶🏼

When I decided to make this page, the trickiest part was making up my mind about the name.

I wanted it to have meaning and at the same time not be too long and complicated.

I had completely fallen in love with the Latin word "Meliora" and the meaning behind it 🦋

So I incorporated it into the new name 🌿

Whenever I find myself not focusing on my goals, I ask myself:

If my life was looking the exact same in a year, would I be happy?

So far the answer has always been no…

For me this is the best way to motivate myself and shift focus to which tasks will actually bring me forward ✨
