Windfall is Truman State University's campus journal of art, literature, drama, photography, and music. All of our work is student composed and the journal is entirely student produced. The magazine publishes once a school year late in the spring semester and are free of charge.

New staff members are always welcome at any meeting. Staff meetings are on Thursdays at 8pm in Baldwin Hall 211.

All works must be submitted by the deadline. We accept poetry, prose, creative nonfiction, drama, music, and art. Further guidelines can be found on our website.

Hey everyone! The new magazine is on the way, and we will be having a release party at the Aquadome at 7:30 pm on May 1st. We will be making an event on facebook soon once the contracts are signed, but we wanted to ask our facebook friends if any of you were in bands/know of bands that would like to play at our event. ATTN TRUMAN STUDENTS: For a fundraiser, we will be hand delivering customized candygrams on Valentines Day! Here are the deets:
We will have a table at Magruder Hall from 11 am- 1 pm next week on Wednesday Feb 5, Thursday Feb 6, and Friday Feb 7. For $3, you can create a customized message or pick an excerpt from a poem that we will attach to small bag of chocolate goodness. Give us the name and address of the recipient, and we will surprise them on Valentine's Day with your treat. You may choose whether or not you'd like to remain anonymous! So start thinking about who you're secretly admiring, and see us next week in Magruder to put a smile on someone's face on love day.
