Revolutionary Kartar Singh Sarabha was executed in Lahore in 1915 at the age of 19 for his involvement in the Ghadar Movement. His martyrdom deeply influenced and inspired a young boy named Bhagat Singh.

Mafia don, gangster, and politician Mukhtar Ansari passed away at the age of 63 due to cardiac arrest. Ansari, a five-time MLA from Mau in Uttar Pradesh, had been incarcerated in various cases since 2005.
In response to his demise, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has instructed relevant officials to ensure the maintenance of law and order in all districts across the state.
During his imprisonment, the Congress-led government in Punjab provided Ansari with sanctuary and shelter at Ropar jail for a period of two years. The Punjab government resisted Ansari's transfer to Uttar Pradesh on medical condition, which lasted nearly two years. Subsequently, the Uttar Pradesh government pursued the matter in the Supreme Court. On March 26, 2021, the apex court directed the Punjab government to hand over Ansari's custody to the Uttar Pradesh government.
I wish to clarify that my last month meeting with Ludhiana Congress MP Ravneet Singh Bittu was purely personal, devoid of any political agenda. As a three-time Congress Party MP, his decision to join the BJP is entirely his own, and I respect his autonomy in this matter. Any rumors suggesting my involvement in his decision are entirely false.
Moving forward, I trust that Mr. Bittu will earnestly contribute his efforts alongside Prime Minister Modi towards the advancement of Punjab. May his endeavors lead to positive developments for the welfare of our state and its people.

Heartfelt gratitude is extended to the Honorable Somnath Gosh, Consul General of India in Chicago, for gracing the gathering as the Chief Guest, and Dr. Bharat Bharai for lending prestige and insight to the discussions.

Rather than baseless criticism, it is prudent for us Sikhs to draw lessons from the dedicated, disciplined and Nation building selfless efforts of the RSS, their commitment and role as a catalyst in bringing the BJP to power demonstrate the impact of steadfast dedication. While i acknowledge the positive work done by the SGPC, there exists untapped potential for greater contributions to the Sikh community. With both RSS and SGPC having nearly a century of existence, there is room for growth and improvement. I hope that our esteemed Jathedar Sahib avoids making politically motivated statements such as "Panth in Danger" to appease certain Akali leaders. These unwarranted statements only sow confusion among Sikhs. Notably, Jathedar Sahib did not issue similar perplexing statements toward Akali Dal's alliance partners when they were in power together. While respecting the Akali Dal party for its commendable work, the current challenges stem from past leadership decisions during their ten-year tenure.
