Cromer's 1960s Press Launch & Cromer Twinning AGM : NORFUKNEWS Debut & Magazine Launch!
It's great to share the debut video for the NORFUKNEWS channel leading up to the NORFUKNEWS Magazine launch! Preparations for the fabulous 1960s weekend in Cromer! The ‘two-day spectacular’ held on Cromer Pier and in the town is in full swing — we were delighted to attend the official launch for the press at the Cromer community centre and meet some of the organisers. We expect to return once more to a world dominated by its music, retro fashions and nights to remember.
It was a fantastic press launch, courtesy of the brilliant team behind the Cromer Pier, Nigel Pearce and the vital, airy voices of Poppy-land Radio, this is going to be a fabulous event that will have more than enough stalls, performances, exhibitions and memorabilia that will attract thousands.
The 60s weekend will meld with international friendship and cultural exchange, as the town of Nidda and our twin town in Crest send residents to mingle. The Cromer twinning association held a very successful AGM that underlined its brilliant work and friendships spanning decades.
