🧘🏼‍♀️💪🏻🤸🏻‍♀️🔥Fan of pilates or yoga? Have you tried it in an infrared sauna? It’s a MUST! Sweating in a infrared sauna has been my go to four four years now. Sweating it out in the saunas is SO stress relieving and detoxing for me and my lifestyle and I wouldn’t have it in any other way. My go-to is 30 minutes of Pilates + 15 minutes of rowing, and my day is made.

🎨🍹🚗🎶🌸 New Midwest Travel Guide published! This spring introduced me to Columbia, MO for the first time! As a KU alum, I should likely not admit to paying a weekend visit to Mizzou’s home turf 😜 but thanks to some wanderlust, some research on the local experiences offered, and an invitation from , it was a no-brainer to line up an agenda for this destination a short two-hour drive from Kansas City!

CoMo’s tagline is ‘What You Unexpect.’ I expected the college campus to be at the forefront of the visit, but I didn’t expect the variety of restaurants, breweries, hotels, and more from this Missouri town. KCMO’s Botanical Garden not only hosts ongoing outdoor exhibitions, classes, festivals, and featured events like the current Painted Garden through June 16 and the upcoming Festival of Butterflies July 18-Aug 4, but also opens the gardens to our furry canine friends for the 1x monthly Dog Days on the third Sunday of each month May-September!

Two springs ago, we checked off of our family road trip bucket list and had an amazing time exploring this Midwest destination! We consistently heard about one of the nation’s top 3 zoos being a mere 3-hour drive away from Kansas City, so we paired that with exploring all of the charming neighborhoods and hidden experiential gems of this Nebraska city! Oh, and meet Bob.💙
