There are so many things to be thankful for. This is a funny one, but I'm thankful each day I get to wake up. I'm thankful for my husband of 12 years. I'm thankful for the 3-4 friends I have in my life. I'm thankful I have a roof over my head.

I set a goal for 2024 to at least walk the 10 minutes to the mailbox and back. I've tried to do it everyday...weather permitting.
Walking is a great way to ground yourself with nature. As you walk pay attention to your surroundings and how they make you feel. Listen to the rhythmic steps and really take it all in.
This is a great way to help on your mental health journey. Walking is therapy for the mind, body and soul.
