You already know what's up when you see your boy Keto Steve dropping in to say hello! These are a great option if you've got a sweet tooth like myself 😜Full Recipe Video On My YouTube Channel and I've also posted it below! If you need the macros just plug the ingredients into your app and you're set! Thanks for watching and enjoy!

Ingredients

1/2 Cup of Dark Chocolate Chips
1/4 Cup of Blueberries
1/2 Cup of Heavy Cream
1/3 Cup of Crushed Walnuts

Instructions

Step 1) Turn on the stove and heat a small pot on a low heat setting

Step 2) Once the pot is warm, insert the chocolate chips and 1/4 cup of heavy cream

Step 3) Mix for roughly 4-5 minutes until a smooth consistency is reached

Step 4) Using a stick blender or regular blender, blend together the remaining heavy cream and blueberries in a bowl

Step 5) Pour the blueberry mixture into the pot and stir until everything is thoroughly mixed

Step 6) On a large baking sheet carefully pour the mixture onto the pan

Step 7) Be sure to spread it around the sheet evenly so as to leave a thin layer of chocolate

​Step 8) Sprinkle the crushed walnuts on top of the chocolate layer then freeze the pan for 24 hours to allow it to solidify

Step 9) Once 24 hours has elapsed remove the pan from the freezer and cut the chocolate to your liking!

Wanted to share this one with you guys! If you know Maria Emmerich this is actually one of her recipes from her latest cookbook Keto Comfort Foods! I'd list the macros but I altered the ingredient quantities a bit however if you input them into your tracking app that should work!
