What's an AXS Staking?

Players will be able to stake their AXS to earn WEEKLY REWARDS.

These rewards will initially start out high to incentivize user growth and gradually decline as Axie Infinity reaches maturity. AXS staking rewards will be escrowed for 1 year from when they are claimed and can be vested once the escrow period has concluded.

Those who stake to earn yield in Axie Infinity will be able to claim a weekly reward if they stake their tokens for a period of time (3, 6, and 12 months).

As per Aleksander Larsen, Axie Infinity Co-founder and Chief Operating Officer, AXS Staking is arriving in the comings days as we approach the end of the 3rd Quarter.

He also teased the release of Origin with a free-to-play demo mode and the mainstream debut of Axie Infinity in iOS/Android in the Apple App Store/ Google Play store in winter 2021 in his latest interview with OKEx. 👀

Axie News: SLP in the ecosystem, not alarming.

"Right now, definitely more slp are being minted per day than being consumed by breeding.

But keep in mind we have a very ambitious roadmap.
And if we execute that roadmap we're going to need lots of axies out there to facilitate this growth.

For every million users we want, we actually need 3 Billion slp in the ecosystem to be able feel that growth.

*We currently have
2,145,135,756 SLP in the circulation*

I'm not saying it's really alarming at concerning level right now.

SLP at $0.14 I think is fine. Still a nice living for many of our players.

I think a lot of our player base they went through 4-5 months of unprecedented economic boom in the economy.

It's not always gonna be like that. This is a real digital economy. There are fluctuations just like any other emerging market.."

The Genshin Impact Version Streamer Recruitment Event on Twitch has started. Live stream your content, complete missions, and earn Primogems!

Event Duration: September 2 – September 21 23:59 (UTC +8)
Application Submission Deadline: September 10, 23:59 (UTC +8)

Event Content
Main Mission:
During the event, stream at least a total of 15 hours in the Genshin Impact category on Twitch, streamed for at least 3 days
(Reward: 500 Primogems)

Side Missions:
During the event, get more than 100 new followers while streaming in the Genshin Impact category (Reward: 500 Primogems).
During the event, get more than 300 new followers while streaming in the Genshin Impact category (Reward: 1,000 Primogems).
During the event, get more than 600 new followers while streaming in the Genshin Impact category (Reward: 1,500 Primogems).

Mission Description:
1. Streamers must stream in the Genshin Impact Category of Twitch.
2. Stream content must be related to Genshin Impact's game content.
3. This event is only available for players on the Europe, Asia, America, and TW/HK/MO servers.
4. During the event, each mission will have independent corresponding Primogem rewards. The review and distribution of rewards will be subject to the account information submitted by the streamer. Participants who fail to submit their valid information by the end of the event will lose their reward qualifications.
5. All participating streamers must provide an email address to receive an invitation to join the corresponding Discord Genshin Impact streamer recruitment group to confirm their participation. Once the recruitment event has ended, streaming information and proof of mission completion will be collected through this Discord group. Please make sure to save screenshots and videos of relevant game broadcasts.

Good Read: Sending your Axies away.

Ano nga ba ang plano ng devs para sa oversupply ng Axies?

Last July 21, in an Interview, Jihoz first hinted at their future plan for this. "Sending them (Axies) to a different planet, sending them away and get some materials in return to use to upgrade your other axies"

This idea was teased again by Jihoz in his tweet last Aug 7.

"Release your Axies. They go and travel the world. They send you cool stuff they discover on their travels to your mailbox.

Use these gifts for crafting.

Releasing Axies must be emotional. Hope we can do something like that." - Jihoz, Twitter.

Although this feature is NOT available during the ALPHA stage. The target implementation date is 1st/2nd quarter ng 2022 sabay sa mainstream release ng Axie Infinity sa Google Play store and IOS App store.

PERO ready itong update to be implemented when it is NEEDED.

Bottom line, we're experiencing something na normal sa crypto. Tataas bababa. May plano na ang devs dati palang para sa oversupply ng Axies.

It is not a matter of “if” but “when”.

A Dex is a decentralized exchange for a token to token swaps. They allow you to exchange 1 token for another.

This update soon will allow players to swap SLP to AXS or other tokens directly and will eventually help in the burning of the SLPs.
