Try and introduce a weekly team meeting where new ideas are shared. This is a great way to strengthen the team mentality, showing your employees that you want and welcome their brilliance.

In less than 12 hours we will all be entering into 2021 🎉
While we all are secretly hoping that Covid-19 will magically disappear and that 2020 can become a distant memory, realistically this ins’t going to happen.

But 2020 wasn’t all bad… Anti-racist books are topping bestseller lists, we’ve adopted a record breaking amount of shelter pets and “Tiger King” somehow connected us.

From small acts of kindness to compassionate global understanding, 2020 has been the year that showed how resilient we all really are.

Throughout this year we’ve also continued to develop as the platform for HR, Talent and Recruitment professionals to connect, solve problems, address issues within the industry and make new connections.

Thank you to everyone who has supported us by sharing, liking and commenting our content. And of course a massive thank you to our authors, podcast guests and webinar panelists.
