"Your thoughts become your reality" means that what you think about can totally change how things turn out. 🦋

So, if you think about good stuff like being happy, being nice, and seeing beauty around us, you can make life awesome.🥰

When you focus on good things, it's like you’re inviting happiness and good times to hang out with you.🌄

By being thankful and seeing all the good stuff in our lives, you’re opening the door to even more good things to come our way.✨

Every time you think about being kind, looking on the bright side, or showing love, it's like planting a little seed in our minds.

And guess what? Those seeds can grow into cool experiences.🙌

The idea that "What you focus on grows" is a big reminder to pay attention to what's going on in your heads.

What would your answer be then?

Would you say you did everything you wanted, or would you regret the opportunities you let slip away?

The reality is, many people find themselves regretting the chances they didn't take. Perhaps you can relate.

So, embrace life!

Remember, you only live once.

Starting my day with a good routine is super important to me; it helps me have a great day ahead.🌸

First thing in the morning, I like to get moving to wake up my body and mind. Sometimes I do a workout at the gym, or I just take a nice walk outside to enjoy nature and feel peaceful. 🏋🏻‍♀️🚶‍♀️

After that, I make sure to eat a healthy breakfast to give me energy for the day ahead🥑🥚

Then, I love to read a book to stimulate my mind and give me something interesting to think about all day. 📖

I also take some time to meditate, which helps me feel calm and thoughtful, especially when life gets busy. 🧘‍♀️

By the end of my morning routine, I feel focused and ready to tackle whatever comes my way. It's not just about feeling good for myself; it's also about sharing positive vibes with the people around me.🥰

Just because things take time doesn't mean they won't work out.

We're all different. You and I learn at different paces, have different schedules, and different motivations.

The beauty is that everyone can succeed. It doesn't matter how long something takes as long as you keep going and don't give up.

It takes a lot of time and energy from you. But it's worth it in the end; it will allow you to work less and earn more money.💸

What is health for me?

I have always believed and wanted to be a healthy person; I still do, but my definition of health is not the same as it used to be.

Health, to me, has been something I have pursued my whole life; what I thought was health for me was actually the opposite.

Health should be something that you feel good about yourself.🥰

Health should be something you do that both you and your body benefit from. That's not what I was doing. I was destroying my body more and more; that is definitely not health for me.

So now I'm trying to find a balance in my life by creating a healthier existence for myself.

Now, health for me includes:
- Eating healthy and nutritious food that gives me energy 🥑🥬
- Exercising because it makes me feel good to move 🏃🏻‍♀️🏋🏻‍♀️
- Sleeping the hours my body needs 😴
- Doing something that helps me relax, like meditation, deep breathing 🧘‍♀️
- Treating myself as I want others to treat me.
- Being in the forest and nature 🌳
- Surrounded by people I love 🫶🏼

Do you ever catch yourself dreaming big but not making progress?

Here are some tips you can do to achieve your dreams.⬇️

It's easy to think about everything you want to do in life but still not get anywhere!

What do you dream of?
What do you want to work with?
How do you want your future to look?

It's easy to think about it but never really take action. It's like you believe you'll suddenly live the life you want without doing anything to get there.

My tips are to:
🩵 Write down your dreams and how you want your future to look.
🩵 Start taking action towards your dreams. For example, start researching how you can get there.
🩵 Believe in yourself that you will achieve it.
🩵 Seek help from people who are doing what you want to do.
🩵 Dare to try and dive in. You never know until you've tried.

Change, I've finally made up my mind. I can't handle this anymore, I can't continue living my life like this.

I don't know how many times I've decided to change something but still haven't done it.

It's like I keep thinking I'll end up where I want to be without making any changes. But deep down, I know that's not true.

Yet, here I am, not taking the steps I know I should.

Making a change is always tough at the beginning. It takes time before you get into it and before you feel or notice a difference.

So don't be too hard on yourself.

Take it one day at a time.

Because eventually, you'll succeed in making the change you want.

Then you'll realize how worth it was to make the change you desired.

Life is like a big blanket made of many pieces. Sometimes, it feels like everyone else is zooming ahead while you're stuck. But here's the thing: you're always moving forward in your own way.

Sure, there are times when you wish you were somewhere else. You might even compare yourself to others and feel like you're not measuring up. But guess what? You're exactly where you should be.

Every little step you take, no matter how small, is progress. It's better than doing nothing at all🌸

So, don't worry about feeling left behind. Focus on the here and now. That's where you'll really grow. Your journey is yours alone, so rushing through it means missing out on important lessons.

Believe that things will work out in the end, even if they don't seem to right now🙌

And remember, be kind to yourself. You're doing your best with what you have. Celebrate even the tiniest victories, and trust that you're right where you're supposed to be.🤗

4 things I wish I had known earlier in my life that would have reduced my suffering in health.🤗

You should eat at least 1-2 sources of fat in a meal like avocado, real butter, and coconut oil. Don't be afraid of fat; it's super important to eat.🥑🥥

You don't need to work out multiple times a day to see results. Recovery is at least as important if not more.🏋🏻‍♀️🏃🏻‍♀️

All or nothing thinking gets you nowhere. Eating a cookie every day is better than binging one day.🍪

Don't listen to what everyone else is doing or not doing when it comes to diet and health. Do what makes you feel best.

It's very easy to just keep pushing without braking, but sooner or later your body will say stop.❌

That's what my body did, it couldn't take anymore..

I've always wanted to do more, but something happened last year that forced me to slow down.

Throughout my life, I've always wanted to do things all the time, from training to work. Always be busy so I can avoid thinking.

One year ago, something happened, and I finally realized after all those years of just pushing through that it's not good for either my body or mind.

So since then, I've incorporated meditation, deep breathing, and simply being with myself. 🧘‍♀️

At first, I never thought I would say that I like it, but now I love it. I even look forward to doing it 🙌

So, a valuable thing is to practice meditation, deep breathing, and calm your mind and body 🧘‍♀️

Take care of yourselves, and take care of yourselves from the inside and out🩷
