Change, I've finally made up my mind. I can't handle this anymore, I can't continue living my life like this.
I don't know how many times I've decided to change something but still haven't done it.
It's like I keep thinking I'll end up where I want to be without making any changes. But deep down, I know that's not true.
Yet, here I am, not taking the steps I know I should.
Making a change is always tough at the beginning. It takes time before you get into it and before you feel or notice a difference.
So don't be too hard on yourself.
Take it one day at a time.
Because eventually, you'll succeed in making the change you want.
Then you'll realize how worth it was to make the change you desired.
What change would you like to make in your life?
Have you ever taken a moment to reflect on these questions?
What matters most in your life?
What do you want to be able to do more of in your life?
Is it spending time with your family?
Prioritizing your well-being?
Being able to buy healthy food and take care of yourself?
Being able to travel and explore the world?
Not being bound by time or place?
What would you say if I told you I have a possible solution for you?
It's possible to live this way. As long as you're willing to do what it takes to get there.
Comment "Freedom," and I'll reach out to you 🙌
4 things I wish I had known earlier in my life that would have reduced my suffering in health.🤗
You should eat at least 1-2 sources of fat in a meal like avocado, real butter, and coconut oil. Don't be afraid of fat; it's super important to eat.🥑🥥
You don't need to work out multiple times a day to see results. Recovery is at least as important if not more.🏋🏻♀️🏃🏻♀️
All or nothing thinking gets you nowhere. Eating a cookie every day is better than binging one day.🍪
Don't listen to what everyone else is doing or not doing when it comes to diet and health. Do what makes you feel best.
Let's help and support each other 🤗
No one knows what it's like to walk in your shoes, and most people don't understand where you're headed. 🌅
So, let no one but yourself determine how you should spend your time and what's best for you 🌸
Go your own way! I know it feels scary, but it's so worth it in the end. Remember, you always regret what you didn't do right?😊
A few years ago, I didn't prioritize my life in any way. I mostly worked at a hotel, mostly breakfast shifts, just to avoid thinking about how lonely I was in my life. I simply didn't feel well; deep down, I probably just wanted someone to see me.
The truth is, you never know what someone else is going through in their life. So don't assume someone is okay just because they're smiling; you never know what's hidden inside.
I'm always happy on the outside, even though I'm not always on the inside. So think about what you say and do to others; it can hurt more than you realize.
Now, a few years later, I prioritize myself and my life in a different way, but I have a long way to go, but I don't give up easily.✨
I hope I can inspire someone else with this. 🙌
I'm not someone who posts about my life online.
Before I started this business, I hardly ever posted things on social media, because honestly, I thought, who even wants to read what I post. So, I was actually a little worried about how this would go...
But you know what, if you also have those thoughts, it's not true. All people are unique, just like you and me. That's the beauty of all people. You have your own story to tell that can help someone else. You reach out to some people while I reach out to others.
We all have gifts that we share in life.
Use your social media to convey things you stand for and feel you want to share. Don't forget you are unique! You have no idea who will read or see it. Maybe it's just someone who needs to hear it today.🥰
Post what feels right for you because in the end, nobody cares about what you post or don't. Some people will resonate with you and others won't, that's life.
What makes you think other people have more value than you?
You can actually change someone else's life by telling your unique story.🌸
So stop being afraid and start thinking about what value you can give to the world.✨
You often feel torn between chasing our dreams and fearing what others might say. The pressure to fit in or meet everyone else’s expectations can be tough, making us doubt what you truly want. But hey, this is your life – you get to decide what matters most.✨
Sure, it feels good to have others approve of us, but relying too much on their opinions can stop us from being ourselves. The truth is, most people are too busy with their own stuff to worry about ours. Yeah, judgment can be scary, but it shouldn’t stop you from doing what makes you happy.✨
So, whether it’s following your passion, taking a chance, or trying something new, don’t let the fear of what others might say hold you back. Your dreams are worth going after, and your happiness is worth fighting for. At the end of the day, the only opinion that truly counts is yours. Be proud of who you are, listen to your heart, and live your life your way.🙌
In our fears, you might find chances to grow because what scares you the most could be what helps you the most. 🙌
Our gut feelings often push us away from things that make us uneasy, guiding us to what feels safe and familiar. But hidden inside our biggest fears is a surprising truth: the things that scares you the most might be the ones you should face head-on. It could be tackling a big challenge, chasing after a bold dream, or dealing with a fear you’ve been avoiding for a long time.
What scares me the most is being stuck in the same place for the rest of my life and regretting things I didn't do. ✨
What in your life scares you the most? 😱
Let’s take action and so something about it. You Will not regretting it🦋
Working out isn’t just something I do for fun; it’s like a lifeline for me. Whether I’m out for a morning run or lifting weights, every drop of sweat reminds me that I’m strong and capable.🏋🏼♂️
It’s amazing how exercising can make you feel powerful, like you can do anything. When I was feeling really down, just going for a run or feeling my muscles work helped me remember how strong I am, even when things seemed hopeless.🙌
Exercising became my safe place, where I could escape from feeling anxious or sad. It wasn’t just about getting in shape; it was about taking care of my mind and soul too.🩷
On those tough days when everything feels too much, knowing I have a workout to look forward to keeps me going. Because even in the middle of a tough workout, I find strength and a reason to keep pushing forward.✨
So yeah, working out means everything to me—it’s not just about staying fit, it’s about finding my way back to myself, one exercise at a time.🫶🏼
So if you going through a hard time, focus on what feels good for YOU and do it step by step every day. Then you will see results and you feel better ✨
Imagine being able to wake up any day and just feel like you can do whatever you want today. Not having to go to a job you dislike, not having to get up super early because you have to🙌.
You can completely decide for yourself how you want to organize your day. You only need to work 1-3 hours per day instead of 8 hours every day.✨
You can pursue your passions and live life every day. Not just on weekends or holidays.💫
You know what, you can do that. You decide for yourself what you want to do in your life. You just have to take action and decide that you want to make a change in your life.⭐️
Let’s talk about begin uncomfortable!
Dare to go outside your comfort zone. It won't be as scary as you've imagined. Because you always imagine the worst.
I know that from my own experience.
So once you do something uncomfortable, you grow as a person. You feel such a great feeling to do something you didn't think you could.💖
It's just about doing it even if you don't dare. I know it's scary. That's it for me. There are many things I do that are outside my comfort zone. I try every day to do something that I'm uncomfortable with because it becomes easier then.⭐️
So my advice to you is that the next time something feels scary and out of your comfort zone. So do it. 👉You won't regret it, I promise.
90 % of your worries never even happen.
So the question is why do you worry?
I know it's easy to worry and think about everything that could happen to you. But that's a bit unnecessary. When what you think almost never happens the way you thought.
Worry takes away so much joy in life. Life is too short to be worried. You won't get anywhere. You just stomp in the same place.
So now I urge you to do what you want, without worries.
Go and book a flight. Hit the gym. Eat healtfy. Cut off toxic people. Start that business you have dream about. Step out of your comfortzone. It’s now or never.
