Low-intensity sitting exercises will help you increase your mobility, prevent falls, develop your leg and arm muscles, and get your heart rate up to improve your cardiovascular health ❤
You can perform simple chair exercises. The following simple flexibility exercises require a few minutes every day. Unless otherwise directed, repeat each exercise five times. Take it slowly the first few times because it may cause pain and stiffness. You can also do these stretches in the office at your desk 😍
