Any other fans out there? I've fallen head over heels for it lately and can't shake it. I keep going deeper into the rabbit hole only to discover it is bigger and more full of promise than I imagined. Take this album, for example, New World by FM Attack. It was released in June of 2019, two years ago this month and I am just hearing it now and am blown away. Is that Robert Smith from the Cure on vocals? No, it is not. Do I care? No. It is so authentic, it's as if it was supposed to happen. And that's just it, this whole synthwave movement brings you back to the future we imagined back in the 80s but never happened. It's a second chance to go back and frankly, that just sounds sweet.
