I spent this week in trial assisting criminal defense attorney Brett Behenna as we defended a Cleveland County man against false allegations that, if found guilty, would have ruined the rest of his life. The state’s only witnesses to the allegations consisted of a recent OCU LAW school grad (now a lawyer) and a current Del City police officer. Both of whom were shown to have lied when originally reporting the allegations and/or perjuring themselves with their prior testimony under oath. We were able to get impeachment jury instructions against both witnesses. 

Juries can be a fickle thing, but this one saw through the BS and got it right.

A local attorney client called me, early yesterday, and said someone had stolen one of his vehicles; a truck.

Said he’d called police but they didn’t seem very interested in trying to find it. They took a report over the phone and asked him if it was insured.

He asked if there was anything I could do.

Late last night, I found it!

I’ve been a licensed and insured armed Private Investigator for 15 years.

Keep me in mind if you ever need criminal defense work, civil or domestic work done. I do lots of child custody and infidelity cases. Also skip traces and…. Look for stolen vehicles.

Hopefully in a few years I’ll also be a lawyer.

As much as Apple Airtags are a very useful tool to keep track of your personal items, they are still being misused (by very stupid criminals) to violate the law and illegally track individuals.

While their detection is easy to spot, if missed, could pose a real danger to you or a loved one.

The following is a very recent example from here in Oklahoma City. These are screenshots of the criminal search warrant utilized in this case.

So proud to assist prominent criminal defense attorney, Scott Adams, again in another hard fought well deserved “NOT GUILTY!”

Mr Simmons faced 10-years in prison for leaving the scene of a fatality after being confronted by a drunk group of hostile individuals - one of which was run over and killed.

Jury was out 4.5 hours, but in the end they did the right thing and set emotion aside.

When the government puts a target on you and wants to take away your freedom, your first call should be to attorney Scott Adams.

My work was featured locally on KWTV News9 last night. I had tracked down and had registered s*x offender Doug Dwayne Davis arrested. He was hosting a party for children at a local indoor trampoline park, filled with kids.

Davis, a former Baptist youth minister who was convicted of ra**ng and lewd molestation of a young girl, is currently on a suspended sentence. His lifetime registration means he cannot be around children.

He was arrested a few months ago on another instance where he intentionally placed himself in the presence of children. That arrest resulted in the courts filing for a revocation of his probation. This most recent arrest should ensure he goes back to prison.

A registered s*x offender and former youth minister is behind bars thanks to the work of a private investigator. The man was arrested at a trampoline park in Edmond.

Yesterday Oklahoma's most notorious pimp and human trafficker, Germaine Coulter, was sentenced to 30-years in federal prison.

I have spent over 10 years constantly tracking this man, running him out of upscale Edmond neighbors where he lived and promised him in person I would send him back to prison.

In 2018 I received a tip that Coulter was using his own teenage daughter to recruit girls from Edmond Santa Fe High School for his prostitution ring. Those girls were told they had to make Coulter $1,000 per day or there would be consequences.

I spent the next few months shadowing Coulter at every opportunity. Eventually I got enough evidence to get local authorities to investigate and make an arrest.

In 2019 Coulter went to federal jury trial for child s*x trafficking and was convicted.

Yesterday he learned his fate and I'm so very glad to have been a major reason why he can no longer victimize our women and young girls.

After approx. 9 hours of deliberation….. count 9 demurred at the conclusion of the trial, count 10 “Not Guilty” and 8 other counts resulted in mistrial.

Gonna probably have to do it all over again in 90-120 days.

Kind of fun to get..... Even though I've had to put my podcast on hold because I keep getting federal subpoenas when I release new episodes, it's good to know people still listen to what is out there.

Apparently I passed 100,000 downloads. And that doesn't count people who listen but don't download.

Hope to start releasing more episodes by end of July.
