BICYCLIST STRUCK: Police say a bicyclist was rushed to the hospital in grave condition after being struck by a car on Rt. 17K in the Town of Newburgh. The car's driver remained on the scene.

TRUMP VERDICT POOL CAMERA: Rockland Video Productions, working with NY1, served as the "pool" camera for Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg's press conference immediately following the guilty verdict in former President Donald Trump's hush money trial Thursday. Camera shot was shown live by local television stations, along with national and international networks. A special thanks to my nephew, Matthew Friedland, who helped me set this all up at the last minute, along with doing audio and video checks.

Crews begin replacing a huge sewer line overnight on Rt. 303 in Orangetown. This huge project will have this busy thoroughfare in Rockland County shut down over the entire weekend from Orangeburg Road to Erie Street in Blauvelt.

GAS LEAK .. O & R crews investigating overnight as some neighborhoods in North Rockland remain on edge. This after multiple people in Haverstraw have been reporting a foul smell over the past two days. Residents on Oakwood Lane in Theills were briefly evacuated Friday evening.

FOGGY CRASH: Multiple tractor-trailers collided with other vehicles on a foggy Interstate 84 in western Orange County late Tuesday morning. Numerous people got hurt and taken to the hospital. But New York State Police say none of the injuries were life-threatening. The crash happened in the eastbound lanes .. with traffic backing up into Pennsylvania.

SUNDAY SHOOTING .. Police say one person was struck after about a dozen bullets were fired outside two crowded churches in the City of Newburgh. The gunfire rang out around noon at South and Liberty Streets. Police say the shooting was not connected to the churches, though.

TROOPER CRASH .. NYSP Trooper suffered non life-threatening injuries after car was rear ended by a pick-up truck on the northbound NYS Thruway in Tuxedo early this afternoon. Police say the trooper had been assisting a disabled motorist on the left shoulder. The crash caused the trooper car to strike the disabled vehicle. Police say the driver of that disabled vehicle was also hurt. They say the pick-up driver was not injured.
