My story...
Hi my name’s Chris! I was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis in 2013 and since then I’ve spent over 6 months in hospital, taken thousands of pills, had 3 major abdominal surgeries, spent 9 months on a feeding tube and even ended up in a coma.
Over the last 3 years I’ve worked with numerous healthcare professionals from multiple fields, read countless books and spent hours every single day researching how the body works and how diet and lifestyle affect our energy and vitality.
My goal is to share everything I know with fellow Crohn’s & Colitis sufferers in the hope of raising awareness on how to escape a flare, to reach and ultimately remain in remission
