Life has finally calmed down!

This coming weekend we will be heading to The Depot for some CQ-Pew action.

The Depot, located in Glasgow, has recently parted ways with F&O Airsoft. This has resulted in a cheaper walk-on Fee and more relaxed rules on all things that go boom! What more could you ask for?

The Northern Pact are a group of airsofters who focus primarily on Russian based impressions. They are based in Scotland but have members as far out as Asia and America.
So if you like Russian kit and would be willing to get involved head over to their page and have a look around! Its a refreshing change from all of the DEVGRU and NATO based kit.

Here are some epic picture form Spectre Airsoft Media. Ross was taking picture like a boss as normal. Some of the guys from Fife Kommando TV are in them.

With well over 100 players on site, The Fort Fife hosted a cracking day out with players attending from America, Sweden and the lads from Section 8 airsoft as well as many more.

We'd like to thank The Fort for their hospitality and we will be back!

I was emptying mags from yesterdays game day and I found this at the top of a mag... no shock it's a bb, however it has a shard of metal moulded into it!

This is a blaster .25, which to be fair considering the thousands of blasters I have used over the years the odds of this happening regularly I dare not guess at. This has got to be some fluke... I may play the lottery this week.

The main concern is what this would do to a hop rubber and barrel as it's fairly sharp.

Well I have been busy all week getting ready for Armed Forces Day. It all starts at RAF Lossiemouth tomorrow with the friend & family day. Its great as the kids get to see all the cool kit on the base. I will try and get some pics. Then Sunday is Armed Force Day. A time to thanks any you know past or present who has served and gave up some of, if not sadly the entire life to serve there country. The pics of a working dog cooling down in Afgan.

So happy the Vulcan XH558 got the funding to fly another year of airshows. My granddad was an air traffic controller for these aircraft during the cold war. Sometimes when he cleared them for take it was cause they thought the Russian had fired a nuke at us. They didn't expect to have a country to come back to. The stress must have been crazy as they couldn't even tell there loved one what was happening. Just something to think about when you think you days are bad. I could be worse!

My boys are to young to explain what happened on 6 June 1944. I hope that you all know. Spare a thought for the very brave men involved in the beach landing of Normandy. The world may be a different place if it wasn't for that D-day.

Here some footage that makes you proud to be British. I am very lucky to have been in the back of both these aircraft. I also served with 617sqn at RAF Lossiemouth for 4 years. This year is the 70th anniversary of the famous dumbusting mission took on by very brave men. Just watch and think how scary it would have been under fire at night in the back of a cold Lancaster bomber.

Spectre Airsoft Media talked about unedited footage that Scoutthedoggie YouTube Airsoft Video Maker uploads. I have some footage, like the guy in this photo which is only 3 mins. This would normally be cut and put together with other footage to make a longer video.
My question is, would you like to see the unedited footage? After seeing this can I still use the footage for longer vidoes.
