It's such a coincidence that #LuigiMangione had connections to an off grid living lifestyle in Hawaii & that they also have a whole community set up in Mexico for their "members".
The guy talking was Luigi's roommate at one of these communities, he has since moved to the community in Mexico.

Judge gave the dynamite charge or Allen charge & sent the jurors back to continue deliberating.
When a jury claims that it can't reach a verdict, a judge may employ the "dynamite charge," intended to blast the jurors out of their deadlock. It's an instruction that urges the jurors to try to come to a verdict; it usually tells them to examine the case's issues and reconsider their opinions and those of other jurors.
This is the 2nd time they've been sent back to try to decide.
I think the jury will come back quick & still be undecided. Which means this will be a hung jury.
It's up to the prosecutor & John O'Keefe's family if they want to do this all over again.

Court came back around 1006am & the defense tried to argue about the jury slip.
The judge snapped at Karen Read because she was laughing & smiling & turning around to look at her parents.
I think the defense is nervous and/or laying his groundwork for an appeal if she is found guilty.
I watch all the big trials with Emily D. Baker She's the best!

‼️UPDATE IN NEW PHILLY HOMICIDES‼️
Lamour Branch has been charged in the murders of #AngelCaraballo & #HunterMock
He was charged with 2 counts of first degree murder, 2 counts of third degree murder & attempted murder of Jalique Sherwood, the only witness from that night.
The first degree murder charges makes this a possible death penalty sentence.
Lamour Branch was also charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, possessing the instrument of a crime, recklessly endangering another person, and tampering with evidence.

Deputy Robert "R.J."Leonard responded to a report of a man & woman fighting on the highway 60 bridge.
He took the woman into custody.
🛑While en route, the deputy appeared to be texting his wife & radioing to dispatch while driving in a poorly lit area.
🔶Authorities began searching for the deputy after he failed to respond to a status check.
🔺 February 15th
The bodies of Deputy Leonard & Tabitha Smith were found in the Hiwassee River off of Blythe Ferry Lane.
😞Leonard’s body was not inside the car.
Smith’s body was in the back seat, still handcuffed.
The car was found upside down, with the driver-side window rolled down & the trunk blown out from the high water pressure.
DA Johnson:
"We're operating under the theory that it was an accident -- he missed his turn, he wasn't familiar, and he was doing other things that may have caused him to go into the water. There’s some skid marks and some scratch marks too,” he noted. “So there’s some indication that he was on the brakes, at least trying to stop.”
Leonard was from NY.
He had only been with the county for a few months.
Leonard leaves behind a wife & 5 kids.
He was 35 yrs old.
Tabby Smith leaves behind a husband & 4 kids.
She was also 35 years old.
💔Condolences to both families.
I can't imagine how Tabby felt in those last moments.
She was handcuffed, in the back of a patrol car. She had no chance.
The Deputy's body was found in the river, outside of the car. The driver's side window was down.
🛑Had the deputy not been distracted by texting him & Tabby would still be alive.
I'm sure there are several lawyers who are foaming at the mouth to sue the county on behalf of Tabby's family for wrongful death.
It's certainly warranted in this case.
