Connelly was spotted in the Wilmar area of Craven County, NC this morning by a LEO crossing railroad tracks.
💲💲The U.S. Marshals and Craven County Crime Stoppers are offering a $5,000.00 reward for information leading to Connelly’s arrest.

🔺1️⃣0️⃣/2️⃣5️⃣(Saturday):
🔹Authorities responded to a structure fire at a home in Havelock, North Carolina.
They discovered the body of 72-year-old Patricia Lopedote.
She had been fatally stabbed by her grandson, 24-year-old Dominic Liam Connelly.
🔹Connelly allegedly set the house on fire to cover the murder and fled the scene in Lopedote's stolen vehicle.
🔺1️⃣0️⃣/2️⃣8️⃣(Tuesday):
🔹Lopedote's stolen vehicle is located abandoned on Pine Tree Drive in New Bern, North Carolina, approximately 20 miles from the crime scene in Havelock.
🔹Warrants are issued against Connelly for open count of murder, first-degree arson, and larceny of a motor vehicle.
🔹A manhunt is officially launched by the Craven County Sheriff's Office.
🔺1️⃣0️⃣/2️⃣9️⃣ (Wednesday):
🔹Connelly is spotted at a Bojangles restaurant in Vanceboro, North Carolina, about 36 miles from Havelock.
🔹During an attempted arrest inside the restaurant's bathroom, he allegedly assaulted a Craven County deputy sheriff with a knife, causing serious injuries, before fleeing on foot.
🔹A statewide Blue Alert is issued.
Additional warrants are filed for attempted first-degree murder, felony assault on a law enforcement officer causing serious injury, resisting a public officer, assault inflicting serious injury, assault on a female, domestic violence, and second-degree trespassing.
🔺1️⃣0️⃣/3️⃣0️⃣(Thursday):
🔹The manhunt intensifies with helicopters, drones, K9 units, and saturation patrols in the Vanceboro area.
🔹The Craven County Sheriff's Office issues an updated statement on the deputy's stabbing and announces the additional charges.
Local residents are advised to lock doors and avoid approaching Connelly, described as 6 feet tall, 180 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes.
🔹A $5,000 reward is offered by Craven County Crime Stoppers for information leading to his arrest.

🔹The search enters its second full day, extending into Halloween night.
🔹A trail camera captures an image of Connelly near U.S. 17 on the Craven-Beaufort County line.
Law Enforcement forms a perimeter, leading to school closures in Vanceboro and cancellation of local events. 🔹Residents are urged to review surveillance and trail cameras for sightings.
⚠️Connelly was last seen wearing a black long sleeved shirt, camo pants and tan boots running towards the Bailey Lane apartments located behind the Vanceboro Bojangles.
He is considered armed and dangerous.

🔹Craven County deputies say around 530pm on Monday, they received a report of Dominic Connelly crossing Highway 17 North near Highway 102 from Chandler Road in Beaufort County, NC.
🔹Craven County Sheriff’s Office, Beaufort County deputies, the North Carolina State Highway Patrol and U.S. Marshals searched the wooded area for several hours.
🔹Connelly was described by witnesses as wearing dark colored pants and not wearing a shirt.
He was also seen carrying a bag, according to officials

🔹On November 4, Tuesday, a confirmed sighting of Dominic Connelly was reported on a surveillance system on NC 43 Highway in Vanceboro, NC.
🔹Multiple local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies searched the area during the day & overnight for Connelly by ground & air.
🔹Connelly was last seen wearing desert sand in color coveralls.
He was seen carrying a jug of water and a plastic bag.
