The journal seeks to deliver information that is unbiased, current and relevant to industry professionals at all levels of BIM experience. Established in February 2009, BIM Journal has a circulation of over a 100,000 construction professionals, and has over 7000 pages visited each mon

th. The journal covers emerging trends, new developments and showcases exemplar projects from around the world. The journal is now being translated into multiple languages, including Arabic and Chinese, to inform an even wider audience. In February 2011 buildingSMART International announced their support for the ongoing development of the BIM Journal, adopting it as ‘the Journal of buildingSMART International’. This significant partnership will make available a number of international contributors, provide extensive material and case study projects, and extend the readership to buildingSMART members worldwide. Throughout all these developments BIM Journal has remained an unbiased and authoritative voice on the development of Building Information Modelling.
