1/3 cash deposit in advance upon booking the date of the show & is non-refundable if you cancel (but it is refundable if we cancel) and cash balance must be paid upon arrival before setup on the day of the show! Denver Area Pricing includes: (mileage, roadies, sound, Lights & Video setup, DJ-VJ, Light man, usually a 2-3 man operation, depending on size of show. 1.5hr to load van, 30-60 min Travel, 2-5hr unload & setup, 4-5hr show, 2-4hr teardown, 30-60 min travel back, 1.5hr unload = 12hrs small-medium show & 18 hrs for big show 2-3 men).
