MEMO ADVISORY

The San Carlos City Hospital management would like to inform the public that the dedicated beds for COVID-19 confirmed cases on our hospital ward have reached its full bed capacity. And our manpower have been realigned to man our COVID-19 station and holding area.

Thus, the hospital management would like to apprise the public that the emergency room of the hospital will no longer accept COVID-19 cases except for extreme emergency cases only and if there is available vacancy in our COVID beds. We will put them in the line list.

As much as we intend to serve every COVID-19 patient needing hospital care, the hospital management urges to avail the other services of other hospitals within the province through the one hospital command center for the Negros Province. We would like to remind everyone to coordinate all patient transfers through our ER Hotline 09751814187. This is to ensure proper coordination and handling of patients referral. The hospital will resume its acceptance of COVID-19 patients once hospital beds become readily available.

The hospital management urges the cooperation of the public as to provide efficient service delivery and protection to our frontliners.
