Hey friends! I know I've been quiet lately…feels off to post happy things when many of my friends in California are facing difficult times, with some having lost everything. As most of you know, I called California home from 1998 to 2020. I’m heartbroken for the place i've spent most of my life. If you've ever lived there, you understand that on its best days, it's magic. A place where, if you’re a dreamer like me, a single phone call can transform your life for the better. I had some hard, hard times in LA that I thought would break me…but so many dreams also came true there. This week is a nightmare; i’m trying to be present for the grief my friends are reeling in. Let's continue to support one another and build each other up.

Here's an old California memory. This head shot is probably 25 years old. When you moved to Hollywood in the late nineties the first thing you did was get a Thomas guide (who knows what that is?!) and your black and white headshots 🤣There used to be a guy named Lennon the Photographer who had a billboard near the Sunset Strip and he was the go to guy. I was lucky enough to get an agent and manager pretty quickly. My first commercial job earned my SAG card and i was ecstatic; it was a commercial for the Dr. Drew show.
