Had a great night last night djing for Manchesters first fashion festival hosted by the amazing ladies Lisa and Laura. Some wicked clothing ranges from some of manchesters finest designers. Great performance by the children from to all the lovely people I met and for team for keeping me amused by their dancing antics. Roll on the next one 💃🏼🕺🏼🎶🎤

AND......🎶BREATHE🎶

Today's challenge was mixing in and combining these two tracks as part of my series from the year 2002:

-breathe
-hey ma

I'm sure you all know they drop straight in with everything; vocals, melodies, the lot. Instead of just cutting them straight in I decided to go this route:

Breathe (instrumental)
Breathe (acapella)
Hey Ma (instrumental)
Hey Ma (original mix)

Using scratch ins and some basic echo outs, this was the result of the end part. Feedback welcome🙌🏽

🎶 FINALLY SOME MUSIC 🎶

The first mix is here. Over 4 big sessions of planning and tweaking my head is fried 😳19 tracks packed into 45 mins! this recording was only the second take, yes there are some things I'm not completely happy with, but it's raw, a bit off the cuff, and not made on a laptop 💻
