Announcing the Elizabeth N. Colson Award

Dear Friends of Betty,

It’s been a little over two years since we lost Betty. A major gift has been donated to Opera Guild for Atlanta to endow the Elizabeth N. Colson Encouragement award: a $500.00 prize to be awarded annually at their scholarship competition. In keeping with the spirit of Betty's life mission, the aim with this addition to the Guild's scholarship program is that not only the top prizewinners but also those with good material that is not yet so developed be given recognition and a concrete tool to help further study.
